Expert Analysis
Mark Miller | Prep Hoops Scout
Noll averaged just a tad over 25 points a game as a sophomore so he’s game is well known in southwest Wisconsin. After running into early foul trouble and sitting a good chunk of the first half against Parkview, Noll came out in the second half and made some nice passes and converted five huge foul shots to keep his squad in front over the final stretch of the contest. Noll, the son of Pecatonica coach Scott Noll, finished with 17 points and a handful of assists. His size, length and feel for the game all translate to the next level and once he gains some weight and strength, his game will go to another level.

Noll had an enormous sophomore season playing for his father/coach, Scott, at Pecatonica. He averaged 25.1 points per game for the Division 5 Vikings to rank among the top scorers in the state in his class. And now, the 6-foot-3 combination guard has extended that strong play into the spring and summer, both with Pecatonica and the Wisconsin Swing club program. A left-handed shooter/playmaker, Noll gets baskets at a high level, both from the perimeter and off the bounce. He scored well into the double figures in each game for the Vikings in Burlington and, although he got bumped around a bit on his drives, he still somehow was able to either finish or get to the foul line. Improved physical strength and added weight definitely will help Noll going forward, but his skill, size and feel for the game are all very good.
