One of the top risers nationally in the 2026 class, Sancomb has taken his game to a new level over the past 4 months and has added a state championship trophy and numerous Division I offers to his resume. The best passer I saw all weekend, Sancomb makes passes from so many different angles and sets. Whether it's passing it out of the post, making a jump pass to freeze the defense or just a simple outlet pass to a streaking teammate, Sancomb is putting the ball on target where his teammates can make a play. Sancomb's touch is also incredibly impressive as his floaters and layups seem to usually drop around the rim. While mid major programs have made Sancomb a priority, high major programs are closely monitoring his development as well.

Another West Virginia native who really boosted his stock this weekend, Lewis was dunking everything at the rim on Saturday. When you hear shouts from the court across from you a few times you start to sometimes turn your head a little more to pay attention to multiple games at once, that's what Lewis made me do on Saturday evening when he was going crazy against one of northeast Ohio's most athletic teams. Lewis not also had numerous highlight-reel dunks but also showed impressive poise as a short roll option and passer, a central hub for the offense from the power forward position. A patient player as well, Lewis threw a couple pump fakes and pivots to get himself free to score near the paint. One of the top players from West Virginia, Lewis earned himself an offer from Robert Morris and interest from numerous other Division I programs after this weekend.

One of the top shooters all weekend, Evans shot 67% on 27 3-point tries this weekend. Credit to his Wyoming teammates for finding him when he was open as Evans caught and shot the ball quickly and with confidence in the game I saw and based on the numbers he did that all weekend. With a core four of starters who have grown up together, Wyoming played their best basketball of the entire month of June up in Sandusky and appear ready to contend as one of the top teams in the greater Cincinnati area regardless of Division.

It was tough picking a second Wyoming player to feature but I eventually went with Billingsley who punished smaller teams in the paint this weekend. Billingsley got fouled a couple times in the game I caught as his size can really bother guard heavy teams. Combine that with soft touch on post moves and a crisp offense that gets him easy looks in the half-court and Billingsley plays well off the three headed monster in the backcourt that Wyoming boasts.

A prospect who was an obvious choice to potentially break out this weekend, Mack added offers at the Division II level and interest at the Division I level after a productive weekend. With multiple starters graduated from last year and a few transfers out, it's a new look for Saint Ignatius but they are still one of the top teams in northeast Ohio because of their senior wing duo of Mack and Akron commit [player_tooltip player_id='2458387' first='Rj' last='Jones']. Mack is one of the elite shooters in northeast Ohio but adds another dynamic to his game with his feel for the game as a scorer. When Mack has the ball in a triple threat, he's extremely dangerous as he scans the floor, can jab step and attack off the bounce or simply shoot in your face. Expect to hear a lot about Mack this winter as Saint Ignatius looks to win another regional title.

This was the best I've ever seen Knox play as he was aggressive getting downhill to the rim and using his athletic gifts in transition to score. Starting to make somewhat of a similar jump that a player like Jair Knight made for the Eagles a few years ago as a senior, Knox had multiple and-1 finishes in the game I caught as well as a couple buckets where his motor allowed the ball to find him near the basket. If Knox can continue this level of play then he'll be one of the bigger stock risers in northeast Ohio this winter.

Everybody who watches Licking Heights basketball usually takes immediate interest in their big duo, which few teams in Ohio can contend with. This attention makes life easier on their guards and Wright took advantage with a productive Saturday evening performance. A quick guard in transition, Wright did a nice job of getting to the paint and either looking to score with layups and floater or find one of his bigs for them to throw down dunks. Defensively, Wright also contributed with a couple of steals and provided tough on-ball pressure. Watch out for Licking Heights once again this season as they return a majority of a core that made a deep playoff run!
