A prospect who was an obvious choice to potentially break out this weekend, Mack added offers at the Division II level and interest at the Division I level after a productive weekend. With multiple starters graduated from last year and a few transfers out, it’s a new look for Saint Ignatius but they are still one of the top teams in northeast Ohio because of their senior wing duo of Mack and Akron commit

. Mack is one of the elite shooters in northeast Ohio but adds another dynamic to his game with his feel for the game as a scorer. When Mack has the ball in a triple threat, he’s extremely dangerous as he scans the floor, can jab step and attack off the bounce or simply shoot in your face. Expect to hear a lot about Mack this winter as Saint Ignatius looks to win another regional title.

It was nice to see Mack play a featured role for
Team Wildcat HGSL
as he got to attack with the ball in his hands and make plays off the bounce. The wing guard is one of the best shooters in northeast Ohio and can consistently make shots off the catch or dribble. Mack hit a tough step back jumper and used his quick release to knock down a shot over a hard closeout as well in the game I saw. With the burst and aggressiveness to punish the defense off the dribble either as a slasher or facilitator, Mack is a well-rounded offensive player. Despite Saint Ignatius graduating two Division I commits from the 2025 class, with breakout springs for both Mack and

Mack left his mark from behind the arc converting several shots from deep in a timely fashion. He stays ready off the ball hunting his own shot. If his feet are set there is a high percentage he will convert. He is able to move the ball and doesn’t let it stick to his hands. Mack was active on the boards. He even found others for scoring opportunities of their own. He is a prospect who should see some traction from scholarship programs.

The second of the Saint Ignatius 2026 wing duo to be featured in this article, Mack has been a reliable shot-maker from the outside for the Wildcats. His highlight of the season might’ve been a monster slam dunk he had on the road at Saint Edward, the Wildcats biggest rival. With both Jones and Mack adjusting to varsity, they’ve seen improvement as the year has progressed and will be key factors in the Wildcats playoff push.

The defending Division I state champions graduate a lot of pieces, but they have new names who are hungry to show their individual talents and continue the winning tradition. Mack is one of those names and he shot the ball at a high level off the catch. A wing guard with a good frame, Mack knocked down some shots running off screens that really impressed me. His best move in the paint was a cut that turned into a scoop layup, showing his ability to play next to senior leaders like
