The last guard added to our rankings, Fortino got a year of development with the Saint Ignatius JV team this season which allowed him to play with the ball in his hands and face different defensive coverages. That can be very beneficial for young players at talented programs to then get ready to hit the ground running when they get called up to the varsity level like how

at Moeller did this season as sophomores who played JV as freshman. Fortino impressed me with Phenom United 15 U with his overall activity when he was in the game. Fortino has a nose for the basketball and seems to make things happen when he’s on the court. Get ready for Fortino to become a household name sooner rather than later around northeast Ohio.

One of the top prospects at the camp, Fortino has an excellent blend of perimeter shooting, slashing and athletic traits that make him tough to stop as a scorer. Being able to confidently knock down open 3-pointers as well as put the ball on the floor to blow by your defender and score at the rim is a great combo for a rising freshman to have and Fortino checks both boxes. Defensively, Fortino was active by playing the passing lanes and looking to get steals. A few times Fortino forced a turnover as a one man full court press, surprising the opposition. Playing at an elite program like Saint Ignatius, you might have to wait to see Fortino at the varsity level but make no mistake, this is one of the top guards in Ohio’s 2029 class.

Jordan is a certified bucket—plain and simple. Whether he’s pulling up from deep, knocking down smooth mid-range jumpers, or finishing strong at the rim, he’s always in attack mode and always a threat. His scoring versatility keeps defenders guessing, and he thrives in big moments, delivering clutch plays when his team needs them most. Jordan’s confidence, skill, and ability to create his own shot make him nearly impossible to contain. No matter where he is on the floor, he’s capable of shifting the momentum with a single possession. When the game is on the line, Jordan is the one you want with the ball in his hands.
