We have gotten through Memorial Day and are ramping up to the start of "summer ball" in the coming days. AAU season is more than halfway over and July will be here before you know it. It's time to update our rankings, starting with the class of 2026. These rising Seniors have seen a lot of movement over the years and have had a few players transfer out of state. Here's a look at the highest ranked combo guards in this update. This does not include players who were covered in the Top Ten Article or any of the other breakdowns we have already published.

A big time shooter who continues to improve his all around offensive game, Gilbert has helped get Adair to Rupp Arena two years in a row. Dawson is going to be the go-to scorer for the Indians and has been one of the main scorers for his AAU team this spring. Gilbert has a ton of interest from various scholarship levels and could be a breakout performer this summer.

A super athletic lefty guard who excels at getting downhill on offense but may make the most impact on the defensive end. Capable of guarding for the full 94 feet and causing chaos on the defensive end of the floor, Bryonn needs to work on improving his perimeter shooting to open up the rest of his offensive game. Long term, Faulkner is the type of player who could thrive with a stint at Junior College.

Unfortunately, Carson has had one of the most injury plagued careers of anyone in this 2026 class. Coming out of middle school, Fraley had won MVP of the 8th grade state tournament and looked ready for a big high school career. When he's been able to be on the court, Carson has been really good. Hopefully he can get a healthy Senior year.

A big time shooter, I've seen Daulton really thrive in camp settings as well as be really good in AAU games. Combs is skilled and plays really hard. He's already earned several opportunities to play in college and could be a big factor in the regional title chase next season.
