The 6-foot-8 shooting guard is an intriguing prospect with offers from the likes of Iowa, Tennessee, Georgetown, Alabama, Louisville, and UNC among a good number of other high-major suitors in the DI landscape.

Cloer put up 18.9 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 blocks per game in his junior year in leading Caldwell to a 26-9 record. He shot 41 percent from deep while knocking down 98 3-pointers in 2024-25. He's a shifty athlete who can attack in isolation and get hot in a hurry from deep once he finds his rhythm. He's another piece in the [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] rotation who could make them tough to beat as a top grassroots team in the cycle.

Few are more decorated than No. 2-ranked prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1716474' first='Dionte' last='Neal'], fresh off another NCHSAA 2A State Championship with Reidsville. The 5-foot-10 floor general led the Rams with 24 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals in their 71-54 victory over Northwood, a literal rematch from last year's state title game. Neal prevailed once again in showcasing his ability to make an impact on both ends of the floor.

He's a two-sport athlete who excels in both basketball and football where he holds a number of DI offers. As the No. 1 point guard in the class in basketball, he holds offers from Appalachian State, Hampton, High Point, UNC-Greensboro, Western Carolina and North Carolina A&T. After recently being awarded the North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year, look for Neal's recruitment to really grow on the EYBL stage with [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] this grassroots cycle.

At No. 3, [player_tooltip player_id='1628346' first='Kendre' last='Harrison'] of Reidsville High still remains. The Oregon commit recently won another state championship alongside his cousin, [player_tooltip player_id='1716474' first='Dionte' last='Neal'], behind a double-double performance. Harrison put together big numbers in the painted area with 16 points, 11 rebounds, six blocks and three steals as the Rams showed their continued dominance of NCHSAA 2A play with a 30-0 season.

Harrison makes the game look easy given his physical prowess around the painted area on both ends of the floor. He put up 15.7 points, 13.2 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game in just his junior year on the hardwood in 2024-25. It will be interesting to see how Reidsville looks with new alignment coming in the 2025-26 season.

No. 4-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='2023905' first='Tarris' last='Bouie III'] out of JL Chambers High is a 6-foot-7 prospect with a ton of intrigue in the 2026 class. He holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, Wake Forest and a good number of other high major DI programs and fresh off leading his squad to the NCHSAA 4A State Semifinals.

Bouie put up 20.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.9 blocks per game for the Cougars this past season while shooting 52 percent from the field. He's a wiry prospect who gets after it on both ends of the hardwood in the Charlotte area. He'll be a slashing wing prospect with Team Thad on the EYBL stage this grassroots cycle to keep eyes on.

[player_tooltip player_id='1280933' first='Kobe' last='Edwards'] checks in at No. 5 out of Greenfield School. He's a bouncy 6-foot-2 floor general with a knack for getting paint touches and making things happen for himself and others. He shot the ball well on the perimeter (roughly 40 percent) while also showing he can finish with authority in traffic while leading the Knights to a 23-9 record in 2024-25.

Edwards is primed for another breakout grassroots season with Team Loaded VA on the adidas 3SSB stage with offers already from Oklahoma State, VCU, Illinois, Virginia Tech, Texas A&M and a few other high-major DI programs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1352799' first='Tyler' last='Jones'] is another new face in the Top 10 as he moves from No. 19 to No. 6. He's a menacing 6-foot-4 guard who can defend and make plays at a high level out of Christ School.

Jones produced 8.3 points, 3.4 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game for the Greenies as they took home another NCISAA 4A State Title. He's got a knack for making things happen with his length and quickness on the defensive end and remains a budding name in the 2026 class due to blow out this spring/summer with Team Thad on the EYBL stage. Tennessee State offered him this past summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1682357' first='Markus' last='Kerr'] is another prospect out of JL Chambers High in the Top 10 at No. 7 in the overall 2026 class and the No. 2 shooting guard in the state. Kerr was quite the backcourt mate alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2023905' first='Tarris' last='Bouie III'] as he produced 20.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals per contest as a junior.

The 6-foot-6 sharpshooter holds offers from Georgia, South Carolina, Texas A&M, NC State, VCU and West Virginia as his offer list continues to grow. Look for him to be another top name to know with Team Thad on the EYBL stage.

At No. 8, mobile center [player_tooltip player_id='1900239' first='Justin' last='Caldwell'] checks in out of Berean Baptist Academy in Fayetteville. Caldwell is a terror in the painted area on both ends and he's continued to develop his all-around game, including his ability to stretch the floor as a shooter.

He produced 21.4 points per game (704 total points) as Berean Baptist went 23-12 on the season. His strength and frame is hard to find in the 2026 class. It's easy to see why he holds offers from the likes of Ohio State, Oklahoma State, High Point, VCU, and Mississippi State to name a few of his offers. He'll be one to watch with the Washington Warriors on the 3SSB stage this cycle.

No. 9 sees [player_tooltip player_id='1361269' first='LJ' last='Rush'] move back into the Top 10, up from No. 16. out of 1 of 1 Academy. Arguably the most athletic guard at 5-foot-11, Rush is due for a break out summer of sorts with [program_tooltip program_id='2234929' first='1' last='of 1 Elite'] on the NxtPro Hoops Circuit.

Florida State, Jacksonville, Arizona State, Radford and Central Michigan have offered him already but his list is certain to grow even more as more college programs get eyes on him. He put up 15.1 points, 4.9 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game this past season with 1 of 1 Academy as they went 22-4 and took him the Big Shots Prep Nationals Championship. His ability to attack the rim and create matchup problems against opposing backcourts is worth taking note of.

[player_tooltip player_id='1280878' first='Antonio' last='McKoy'] rounds things out at the 10th spot, where he remains. He's a prospect out of Harrells Christian Academy who did damage on the NCISAA stage this season. He produced 25.8 points, 9.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.1 blocks per game as an all-around presence with the Crusaders

DI programs have been waiting to pull the trigger here with offers already from California, Albany, College of Charleston and Radford. He's a 6-foot-5 wingman who can operate inside and out given his strength/frame and athleticism. He'll be a name to look out for with Team Loaded VA on the 3SSB stage this cycle!

The 2026 rankings have been updated with 250 total prospects, check it out!
