Caldwell has been North Carolina’s most dominant big man all season long and it’s easy to see why within a few minutes of viewing him. He’s got a remarkable strong frame, great vertical pop, and incredible interior instincts at both ends of the floor. Fayetteville Academy is 24-6 on the season and have found themselves as the #4 overall seed in the NCISAA 2A classification. The Georgetown Signee is averaging 25.4 Points, 9.8 Rebounds, 0.9 Assists, and 0.7 Blocks per game this season. Caldwell continues to show flashes of his outside touch which has been steadily developing over the course of his high school career. More than ever as a senior, Caldwell has embraced who he is which is a dominant physical force that keeps the opposition up at night the day before the game. He can impose his will on just about anybody and is looking to put the best two weeks of his career together to help lead Fayetteville Academy to an NCISAA 2A title.

As soon as the game began, he made his presence known inside the paint offensively, taking advantage of his height and strength. He scored the ball inside at a high rate and once again showed how dependable he is for his team as a scoring option.

Another week, another impressive performance for the future Georgetown Royal. With his team facing one of its toughest stretches of the season, he provided his usual double/double performance which included a 21 Point & 13 Rebound game in a win over HCA on Wednesday night.

An old-school style of post player, he bangs and bruises inside of the paint, dominating games by using his height and strength. Recently he put up a stat line of 30 Points and 18 Rebounds against one of the teams in the state in TBS. His play will be the key if his FA squad hopes to bring home a state championship this season.

One of the best big men in the state continued to dominate the interior, finishing with a game high of 24 Points in their matchup against TCS. He understands how to use his body to create space to score inside and has shown much improvement with his perimeter shooting as well.

One of the bright spots for Fayetteville was the Georgetown pledge. With two coaches from the Hoyas in the stands, Caldwell would finish with a double-double effort of 21 points and 11 rebounds. His team came out with a lack of energy and while some of DeMatha’s size in the frontcourt really disrupted Caldwell’s operating on the block, he’d adjust and use his strong frame to command space and create angles to showcase his soft touch. While DeMatha came out the gates with their hair on fire, it was good to see the resilience in Caldwell to not go down easily.

Game in and game out you know exactly what you’re going to see from him which is what we saw on Friday night in their matchup with Cresset. A dominant force inside the paint that few players in the state can stop due to his height and strength, he led all scorers with 34 points.

The Georgetown signee continues to show why he’s one of the best big men in the state and continues to fill up the stat sheet to start his senior campaign. He was dominant inside the paint, scoring over opposing bigs with ease but also showed that he can step out and knock down the three-point shot. Scoring a team high of 35 Points and pulling down double figure rebounds, Georgetown fans should be very excited about what he can potentially be as a Hoya in the upcoming years.

The new transfer is clearly one of the players that is expected to have a big-time senior season. Recently verbally committing to Georgetown, he can now focus solely on his senior season. Look for Caldwell to put up huge numbers in the scoring and rebounding departments while helping FA make a title run.

Recently reeled in his 20th offer from Maryland this past week as he continues to show his aggression on the 3SSB stage; a double-double machine on the interior with good instincts as a long-term big man prospect down the road; high IQ post with a traditional game, can also handle the ball in spots
