Phenom Seros Open: Team USC Unleashed EYBL

Both teams on represent the Puma and Under Armour Circuit.<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='2027917' first='Hunter' last='McGraw']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2104388' first='Robert' last='Wylie']</strong> both really came out to play today. McGraw a left-handed from Gray Collegiate was able to get downhill with the rock in his hand and able to penetrate-kick to open teammates along the way. Hunter really absorb contact all day long with his strong takes to the rack.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wylie played a lot on the ball today for the red and black. Robert was able to connect on some jumpers while showing some timely scoring in both games. He was able to finish on either side of the buckets with his drives today. Robert ignited a nice run in the early game vs 4:44 Athletics that led to the victory over the Puma sponsored squad. The trio contributed to another state championship this past March for the Blazers. Vankallen was able to bully defenders on the way to the basket at times with his physical frame. Christopher played on the ball some time but was focused on knocking down shots from the perimeter. Coleman really can score the rock from all 3 levels on the floor. Frank can keep the defense honest with his perimeter shooting at times. Today he was working from corner to corner at times while on the floor. Mark has a soft set of mitts to catch anything thrown in his direction. He feels very comfortable going out to the 3-point line and facing up. Mark will look to work to post up down on the floor and while showing a soft touch over his shoulder to finish near the rim. He runs the floor well while filling the lane in transition. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1848083' name='Talan Staley']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2253482' name='Jordan Brown']</strong> anchored down the backcourt today at times. Staley plays the game with a good demeanor and an easy pace. Brown who attends [highschool_tooltip highschool_id='2595304' name='Dreher'] HS can play both guard spots in the backcourt. Jordan was able to drop some jumpers here today when he wasn't looking to get to the rack. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1474820' name='Broderick Anderson']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1645097' name='Jaden Gerald']</strong> both saw good minutes here today. Anderson a long and rangy athlete brings plenty of versatility to the perimeter for Team USC Unleashed. Gerald recently made the move over to [highschool_tooltip highschool_id='2591667' name='Wilson'] HS (Florence) after playing last season at [highschool_tooltip highschool_id='2599645' name='Marion'] HS.
