Next up in our rankings discussion for the Class of 2027 is a look at the Stock Risers.

In this update, 24 prospects rose at least 10 spots in the rankings, capitalizing on strong play this winter.

The highest riser in these rankings? That's [player_tooltip player_id='2711261' first='Julien' last='Price'], a combo guard at Loomis Chaffee that eose from #120 up to #76, climbing 44 spots since our last rankings release. Price, a big combo guard, continued to impress this winter with his two-way versatility. He's a scoring threat on the offensive end of the floor that can create off the bounce, while defensively he has the ability to create a high number of turnovers as an on-ball defender.

Below are ten more prospects that had impressive rankings rises in this release.

[player_tooltip player_id='1680503' first='Chris' last='Vinson'] (#76 to #42, +34)

A scoring guard at Worcester Academy, Vinson is a smooth shooting lefty that knows how to put the basketball in the hoop. Capable of playing on or off the ball, he does a nice job of making shots in catch and shoot situations. His versatility with the ball in his hands is impressive as he operates equally well in isolations and in ball screens. He does a nice job of using slow steps and hesitations to keep defenders off balance and can finish with length at the rim. His positional size and length allows him to defend multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='2568508' first='Landon' last='Whiting'] (#63 to #30, +33)

A big wing that can really shoot the basketball, Whiting had some impressive moments this winter for Vermont Academy. At 6'7" with a long and lean build, he has the ability to do a bunch of different things on both ends of the floor. He does a nice job of playing in space, particularly out of ball screens where he operates as a pick and pop guy. His length allows him to make an impact on the offensive glass and he does a nice job of finishing around the rim. Defensively, he can make plays in passing lanes and has the ability to block shots from the help side.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634307' first='Caleb' last='Baker'] (#75 to #47, +28)

An explosive athlete out of Lawrence Academy, Baker made his presence felt this winter as an attacking, scoring guard. At 6'5", he is an elite athlete that can finish plays above the rim in transition and shows a great motor when attacking the glass. He's a fluid mover that has the ability to get to his spots off the bounce and makes plays through contact in the paint. He's a consistent perimeter shooter, a solid defensive rebounder, and can make plays off the ball that lead to steals. His versatility stands out and he should only get better with more reps.

[player_tooltip player_id='2634131' first='John' last='Fitzgibbon'] (#74 to #53, +21)

A combo guard from Brewster Academy, Fitzgibbon is a crafty, three level scorer that shines in the open floor. He plays with great pace, but never seems to be out of control. He's a gifted shooter that gets into his mid-range game and perimeter jumpers off the bounce. He can get downhill with his dribble and shows some good playmaking instincts when attacking the rim. Defensively, he has good positional size and the length and athleticism needed to make plays on the ball or in passing lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470875' first='Otis' last='Crosby'] (#84 to #65, +19)

A versatile wing at Moses Brown, Crosby scores it in a variety of ways while also defending at a high level. With his size on the wing, he's able to guard multiple positions. He uses his athleticism and length to his advantage, making things difficult for opposing guard on the perimeter and also providing resistance against forwards in the paint. He can really shoot the basketball and has added to his scoring game by becoming a threat to knock down jumpers off the bounce, particularly in the mid-range.

[player_tooltip player_id='2553690' first='Malik' last='Adamson'] (#86 to #69, +17)

A tough lead guard at Dexter Southfield, Adamson proved to be a high level floor general in his first year in the NEPSAC. He has a compact, strong frame and the ability to make plays with his athleticism. He's particularly tough on the defensive end of the floor where his quickness and competitiveness stand out. Offensively, he can get into the paint off the bounce, makes good reads out of ball screens, and impresses with his ability to finish plays around the rim through contact. He's continued to improve as a jump shooter too.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470889' first='Ji' last='Gary'] (#71 to #56, +15)

A high scoring combo guard from Windsor, Gary established himself this winter as one of the region's top young perimeter shooters. A quick twitch guard, he has the ability to seperate off the bounce and also does a good job of utilizing screens as an off ball mover. He gets good elevation off the floor on his jumper, sets his feet quickly, and has a quick release on his shot. He can make shots with in the gym range and does so both as a movement shooter and in catch and shoot situations. He's also able to leverage his shooting to open up driving lanes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2568398' first='Michael' last='Therrien'] (#64 to #50, +14)

A physical forward out of Putnam Science Academy, Therrien impresses with his continued development and ability to make plays inside and outside of the paint. At 6'7", he has good size and an imposing frame, using both to make an impact around the rim. Defensively, he moves well enough to switch ball screens and is athletic enough to offer rim protection. Offensively, he's a good scorer in the low block, but has also expanded his range and shows the ability to make jumpers from the shorter corner as well as from behind the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='2568396' first='Jack' last='Charchaflian'] (#102 to #89, +13)

A high scoring combo guard from Winchester, Charchaflian burst onto the scene this winter as one of the top scorers in Massachusetts. A plus athlete that does a good job of keeping his dribble alive, he manages to extend plays when there doesn't seem to be a way to do so. He changes speeds with the ball in his hands, can stop on a dime to get into his pull-up game, and consistently knocks down jumpers from behind the arc. Defensively, he's able to guard either perimeter spot and does a nice job of creating steals and deflections with his quick hands. He will reclassify this summer, joining the Class of 2028 at the Noble & Greenough School.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470954' first='Kosi' last='Udeh'] (#67 to #57, +10)

A long wing athlete out of Phillips Andover Academy, Udeh uses his versatility to make plays on the defensive end of the floor. He has good size on the wing, long arms, and covers ground quickly, all of which makes him a tough, multi-positional defender. He has good instincts in passing lanes and can help protect the rim from the weak side. Offensively, he attacks the basket in transition, finishes over size in the paint, and uses a quick first step to get by the initial defender on the perimeter.

Keep an eye out this week as we take a look at Rankings Newcomers and provide Positional Breakdowns for each position group!
