Perkiomen School is the reigning PAISAA state champions, and they are led by superstars [player_tooltip player_id='1865300' first='Gabe' last='Tanner'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1197611' first='KJ' last='Cochran']. On defense Abington Friends will be focused on limiting the scoring opportunities for those two players. Thus, the outcome of this contest could come down to whether Sadler can exploit his matchup. Fortunately for Perkiomen, Sadler is a poised, three-level scoring machine with significant big game experience. Sadler's jumps shot is automatic, especially from deep. Plus, Sadler can put the ball on the deck and get to cup for lay-ins. His live dribble passing skill are impressive too. Sadler recently posted 22 points (6 triples) in a win over College Achieve (NJ).

This stock rising sophomore is one of the top long-distance shooters in the region. Last month Marshall drained 6 triples (22 pts. total) against Germantown Friends as well as 5 threes (15 pts. overall) against Friends Select. His deep range, quick release and constant off ball movement make Bailey difficult to guard. Bailey's ability to splash transition threes is impressive too. Westtown's lineup is loaded with DI guards who can get into the paint and collapse the opposing defense. When that happens against Malvern, Bailey should get numerous open looks from deep. If he can knock down those 3-balls, ‘Town stands a good chance of pulling the upset in this 8 vs. 9 game.

Bryson is a talented and instinctive guard who is ultimate “glue guy” for PC. This versatile backcourt prospect can score, distribute, rebound, and defend. His ability to patiently probe an opposing defense off the dribble until a high percentage scoring opportunity arises for himself or a teammate is extraordinary. Still, Bryson's most impressive asset could be his on-court leadership and communication skills. Earlier this month, Bryson registered a stat line of 16 points and 5 rebounds against St. Thomas Moore (CT). Bryson recently committed to Widener University (D3).

Opponents know that ANC's offensive attack centers around its outstanding three guard lineup of [player_tooltip player_id='2364681' first='Marquis' last='Newson'], [player_tooltip player_id='1387096' first='Bryce' last='Rollerson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1608494' first='Dior' last='Carter']. Thus, Phelps will be determined to keep that talented trio in check. However, if they forget about Smith, this power forward prospect will send them home with a loss. Smith is a multi-skilled player who would be a No.1 option on most teams. He proved that back in January when Smith posted a three-game stretch where he averaged 21 points and 12 rebounds per night. Smith can produce points in the paint as well as from the high post. He can also score out of pick-n-roll action and via the offensive glass.
