Fresh off of committing to Bemidji State, Abu put in a huge performance on Monday night to lead Park Center to a comeback win over Totino-Grace. TG went up big early on, but Abu put the team on his back for a period of time, going to work out of the high post. He's so dangerous facing up, as he can elevate for the mid-range jumper, or dribble into a post-up and go to work around the rim. Showed the combination of power, footwork, and touch to finish just about everything around the rim, no matter who TG threw on him. Hit a clutch three point jumper late in the game to force overtime as well. He finished with a team high 27 points in the win.

He may not have put up eye-catching numbers in the box-score, but Donovan's scrappiness was key in Richfield's win over DeLaSalle. He spent a lot of the game defending DeLaSalle's leading scorer, and did a great job of disrupting him off the ball, making it difficult for him to get into space to shoot. Donovan also did a nice job of putting a body on a man to box out after shots went up, and was competing against taller players to pull in some timely rebounds. Scrappy senior who made big plays in the win.

Not sure exactly what CJ scored on Tuesday night, as I've seen both 45 and 42, but either way it was a monster performance for the Augustana commit in a win over DeLaSalle. His constant movement without the ball led to plenty of easy looks around the rim, as he was consistently beating his man backdoor to earn easy finishes inside. In transition he was slithering his way through defenders, and he also hit a couple of threes. His fast start to the game gave Richfield the confidence they needed to knock off one of the top teams in Class AAA.

After falling to Central earlier in the week, Johnson bounced back with a win over Harding. Tyrel's 20 points were a big reason why. The 2026 guard showed he can stretch the floor as he knocked down three 3's, while also getting to the rim for some tough finishes. He has impressive body control to just hang in the air, and keep his chin at the rim to finish through some contact. Johnson likes to get up and pressure the ball hard, and Tyrel has the lateral quickness to get out and force mistakes on the ball. Makes good decisions when getting out in transition.

Dre's ability to handle the ball under pressure was huge for Richfield on Tuesday night. DeLaSalle was picking up full-court nearly every possession, and at 6'3 Dre was the most reliable ball handler on the floor for Richfield. He was able to break the press, and get his team into their half-court offense consistently. Dre showed he's a threat to get into the lane off the dribble, and from there he can either facilitate or get all the way to the rim for some athletic finishes. He scored 12 points and dished out a few assists in a win.

DaRoyce is another scrappy player who stepped up this week in a win. After a rough start to the season, Park Center has rebounded in 2025, and on Monday night Mills did a little of everything to help his team win. He pulled in a few rebounds, was playing scrappy defense, pushed the tempo leading to some transition buckets, and hit some clutch free throws in overtime. He goes out and plays with effort, and has the type of athleticism to play the uptempo style that Park Center likes.

Tian has been really consistent on both ends of the floor this season for Totino-Grace. He provides an extra scoring spark, and does so in efficient fashion. Tian hits the three at a high percentage off the catch, and is so smooth weaving through traffic to get to the rim and finish. Does a nice job of picking and choosing his moments to attack, and it allows him to score with efficient shooting percentages. Defensively he can go out and defend a number of different spots, and has no problem moving his feet on the perimeter with guys 3-4 inches shorter than him. One of the best two-way prospects in the class.
