<p>The highest ranked newcomer is <em><strong>Clyde Walter</strong></em><strong><em>s</em></strong>, who checks into the rankings at<strong><em> #7</em></strong>. The 6'7" wing at <em>Brewster Academy</em> is a gifted scorer that oozes with both advanced scoring potential and two-way versatility.</p>

<p>Langdon, a combo guard out of <em>Brewster Academy</em>, profiles as one of the better long term prospects in the region. He is a strong perimeter shooter that has in the gym range on his jumper and can get it off in catch and shoot situations or off the bounce. He can operate as a secondary ball-handler, makes good decisions with the ball in his hands, and can guard either spot in the back-court.</p>

<p>A big time athlete that has a budding skill-set, Wafo is a versatile forward at <em>CATS Academy</em>. He's long, has a frame that looks like it could support additional weight, and has already proven to have a good feel for the game in the paint. He's capable of putting the ball on the floor for multiple bounces, does a great job of rim running in transition, and tries to dunk everything he gets his hands on around the rim.</p>

<p>Blue, an attacking guard from <em>St. Sebastian's</em>, has had a terrific start to his sophomore season. He has good positional size on the perimeter, is an explosive athlete in the open floor, and shows great burst off the bounce in the half-court. He has nice physical tools that compliment a perimeter skill-set that allows him to score at multiple levels while posing a threat as a breakdown creator off the bounce.</p>

<p>An aggressive combo guard at <em>Proctor Academy</em>, Fosu does a great job of hunting scoring opportunities with the ball in his hands. He's a quick twitch athlete that quickly gets into his jumper while also showing the ability to blow by an initial defender off the bounce. He can operate on or off the basketball, pushes the tempo in transition, and does a good job of guarding the ball in space.</p>

<p>Whiting, a long and lean wing out of <em>Vermont Academy</em>, already profiles as a 3-and-D type of performer. On the defensive end of the floor, he plays with terrific energy, utilizing his length to create turnovers. He's not afraid to step in and take a charge, dives on loose balls, and can play at the top of a press. Offensively, he's a capable shooter that performs nicely as a pop guy out of ball screens.</p>

<p>At 6'7" with long arms and a lean frame, Hawkins is in line for a breakout season at <em>Farmington</em>. He makes most of his impact off of his effort level and athleticism, proving to already be a strong offensive rebounder and mult-positional defender. He can score in the post with either hand, does a nice job of putting back missed shots, and is a versatile shot blocker on the other end of the floor.</p>

<p>Vinson, a 6'3" combo guard at <em>Worcester Academy</em>, is a versatile offensive threat that can operate on or off the ball, filling a scoring role or that of a distributor. The lefty has deep range on his jumper and does a good job of knocking down shots in catch and shoot situations. He impresses with his feel for the game, particularly when navigating ball screens, and his ability to play at different speeds as a driver.</p>

<p>A 6'8" big man at <em>Stamford</em>, Sutton has quickly established himself as one of the <em>CIAC's</em> top shot blockers. He does a nice job of playing within himself, allowing his strengths to stand out even more on both ends of the floor. He does a nice job of guarding without fouling, moves his feet well, and has good timing when blocking shots. He cleans up on the glass and is a solid low post scorer from either block.</p>

<p>Bradley, a high motor forward out of <em>East Catholic</em>, stands out with his athleticism, effort, and strength. He's an aggressive scorer in the paint that can make loud plays above the rim. He moves well without the basketball, especially when cutting to the rim, and does a nice job on the offensive glass. He's a multi-positional defender that can really rebound the basketball and moves his feet well enough to guard in space.</p>

<p>A high IQ scoring guard from <em>Manchester Essex</em>, Lewis makes a lot of plays with the basketball in his hands, both as a scorer and a creator. He can make jumpers from behind the arc, in catch and shoot situations as well as off the bounce, and does a nice job of pushing the ball in transition. He makes some impressive passes in the open floor and has quickly proven to have next level floor vision.</p>
