Blue touched the game in all facets and has a nose for making plays on either end of the floor. Blue is a threat to score from behind the arc off the bounce and off the catch which makes him very deadly if he is given any space. Blue also had no issues touching the paint on the attack. I liked the way he frequently found ways to turn defense to offense is is the epitome of a ballhawk. Blue is a no brainer scholarship prospect.

Blue was in his new threads for Team New England last night, and he really came on as the night went on. In the beginning, he looked somewhat passive, but he started being far more aggressive as the night went on and got extremely hot from three in their last game of the night. His shot has clearly improved, but he still has amazing burst and athleticism to the rim. His passing instincts should be utilized well in Team New England’s system, too, since they have a good number of huge big men to throw lobs and dump-down passes to. This AAU season will be important for Blue, who could start to really blow up recruitment wise if he shows he can be successful at this level.

Blue, a guard out of St. Sebastian’s School, was one of the event’s top scorers on Saturday, proving to be a tough cover for his opponents. He’s got a really quick first step, does a nice job of getting past the initial defender off the bounce, and is a crafty finisher around the rim. He moves off the ball to operate as a primary scorer and shows the ability to make shots in bunches from behind the arc. Defensively, he can really guard in space, showing the willingness to sit in a stance, move his feet, and make things difficult for opposing ball-handlers.

Blue might’ve been the most electric player of Saturday morning’s slate. The 6-foot guard has insane explosiveness off the dribble and consistently got into the paint for finishes and dunks. But the junior guard also scored from the mid range and three, showcasing a well-rounded offensive bag. He plays great defense, he has incredible conditioning ability, and he can light it up from all three levels. What more could you want?

This was my first time watching Blue in person, and he wow’d me about as much as any other prospect. The 6-foot guard is so quick and changes directions/speeds super effectively; I didn’t see anyone who could consistently stay in front of him, especially once he got some room in front of him to attack downhill. Once he got into the paint, he made great decisions and showcased some really nice body control for finishes at the rim. He even knocked down some threes. Blue has a really well-rounded game and should have a huge AAU season running the show for Middlesex Magic. He could be a scholarship guy.

High energy player who is quick off the dribble getting downhill. A great passer making strong passes even while in the air. Has great bounce getting to the rim for easier shots. Made a nice quick reverse Mikan layup off a steal.

showed off a lot of offensive firepower and athletic gifts, even though being an undersized guard. On the ball, his dribble was unbelievable, weaving through tight spaces and running at full speed, while keeping control of the ball and scoring on the interior. He also made some ridiculous finishes at the basket that left me speechless with his sky-high confidence. He was making plays for others, finding cutters in the halfcourt while also leading the break and finding his teammates sprinting down the floor. He was even playing sneaky defense, having great timing in the passing lanes and racking up steals. A tremendous performance that left me super intrigued with his potential going forward.
