Yesterday, I attended Zero Gravity's College Night at Mass Premier in Mansfield, MA. 10 teams competed in 20-minute, running-time games, and they each played three total games on the night.

As always, it's impossible to see every play, but these are just my impressions from trying to watch as much action as possible from both courts.

Below is my first team.

Janvrin might've been the best player in the gym yesterday. The 6-foot-4 wing displayed an extremely well-rounded scoring arsenal and the ability to light it up from all three levels. At the rim, the junior showcased an impressive left hand and touch up the wazoo, but he also hit an array of mid range and three-point shots throughout the night. He handles the ball well for his size and moves very well for a wing/forward, so he can get to where he wants to go consistently. On the defensive end, he has good timing at the rim and plays hard. Janvrin is a stud and should be at the top of D3 schools' radars moving forward.

Dalton was one of the better athletes in the gym yesterday. The 6-foot-1 guard is lethal with the ball in his hands and uses his hesitation and dribble-moves to get into the paint at will. Once he gets there, he uses incredible hops and can finish easily above the rim—he had a good number of dunks yesterday, including some in traffic. His three-point shot is still coming along, but Dalton's pressure on the rim as well as his passing vision and willingness to set up teammates makes him a super effective offensive player. Defensively, the Mt. St. Charles junior always has active hands and uses his athleticism to his advantage.

Stephenson is a blur in transition and despite his lack of size at 5-foot-9, he has enough athleticism to make it work. In the open floor, the junior guard is simply too quick for opposing players to stay in front of, so he's able to get to the front of the rim consistently as a result. Once he's there, he has nice finishing touch with both hands and can elevate with the best of them. He also has really solid passing vision and is an amazing rebounder for his size. Defensively, Stephenson is a pest on the ball and causes havoc for opposing ball-handlers. Definite D3 player.

Santos looks a lot bigger and stronger than the last time I saw him, so he has clearly been getting in the weight room and improving his body, which has allowed him to make a bigger impact on the boards and on the defensive end when it comes to being versatile. Offensively, the 6-foot-5 wing can get super hot shooting the ball from both the mid range and three, and he seems to be getting more comfortable as a ball-handler. Santos just finished a productive career at Bridgewater-Raynham this season and will do a postgrad year at Vermont Academy, where he'll probably be a D3 target.

Phanor was one of the only 2028's I saw yesterday, but he was also one of the best players in the gym. The 6-foot-2 guard is a lethal shooter from downtown and forces defenses to go over screens and guard him once he crosses half court, but he also has great passing vision and sees the floor extremely well. His feel for the game is phenomenal and he makes great reads out of the pick and roll. Phanor is an amazing young player who already won a New Hampshire state championship this past year at Pinkerton, and he'll probably reclassify down the road.
