Whitaker just became the fastest player in Liberty history to score 1000 points, which, along with some monster games this year, highlights his scoring ability. But Whitaker is much more than a scorer. He's a guy who controls pace, makes the right play with the ball, and while he can hit tough shots and get a bucket when they need one, he's also a guy who looks to get others involved and is a critical factor to their offensive flow and efficiency.

Horntvedt is currently third in the MCC in scoring at 24.9 a game, but he's much more than just an efficient scorer (63% FG). He's also been a reliable passer for them (3.7 apg) and has a unique ability to affect the game around the rim with his size (8.1 rpg). He's used his size and strength quite often to score around the paint, post up smaller defenders, keep possessions alive on the glass, and use that length to disrupt things on the defensive end.

Alseth is a grinder who brings toughness and energy to the floor and it shows in his downhill game and his ability to chip in on the glass. He's bumped his scoring average up nearly five points a game from last season and he's been pretty consistent in that department with just two games of 20+ points while shooting 57% from the floor. He's also able to find teammates off of his ability to attack the paint and is third on the team in assists per game (2.1). He's a guy you can count on to be in the mix and finding ways to impact the game.

Karl was one of their main ballhandlers last season and he's continued to be a key playmaker for them, currently second on the team in assists per game (3.3). He's also a capable scorer who is shooting 51% from the field, 43% from 3PT, and 82% from the FT line. He's a pretty dynamic guard who can score or facilitate and takes what the defense gives him. He's also been a factor on the defensive end and is tied for second on the team with 2.0 spg.

Greenland is a combo guard for Lakewood who handles the ball a lot and does a lot of scoring for them from each level. And while he can make key passes, he's probably a guy who profiles more as an off-guard at the next level. He's a strong guy who plays extremely solid with the ball. He is able to play at his pace, get to his spots, and efficiently lead his team. He also plays bigger than his listed height of 6-foot-2, playing tough on the glass and defending a variety of players.
