Christ School Unbeaten at 10-0 Currently

American commit [player_tooltip player_id='1239543' first='Madden' last='Collins'] and NC State commit [player_tooltip player_id='1164550' first='Mikey' last='Wilkins'] have gotten plenty of buzz for Christ School over the past few months. They're not the only talented prospects to make note of with the Greenies, though. [player_tooltip player_id='1990406' first='Dacen' last='Petty'] and Tony Jones are two other prospects in the 2026 class in North Carolina who are impressing on the NCISAA stage so far, as they're 10-0. Petty is putting up 12.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.8 steals per game. He's been a steady presence in their backcourt, whether it be defending or handling the ball and it's shown through his production. Jones has pushed the envelope a lot more on the defending and distribution front in the backcourt. He's posted 10.5 points, 4.0 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals per contest on 59 percent shooting from the floor. At 6-foot-4, he's proved menacing as a primary defender and ball-handler.

Plenty of Talent to Notice at Concord Academy

[player_tooltip player_id='1297327' first='Jake' last='Benham'] has proven he's not the only name to know at Concord Academy as they're off to a 14-1 start to the 2024-25 season with the holiday season approaching. Benham has done his part with 11.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game but 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2709267' first='James' last='Minlend'] and 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2740609' first='Lincoln' last='Raper'] have proven to be just as effective. They're two other names in double-figures scoring so far on the year with 13.9 points and 11.6 points per game. Minlend leads the way with 13.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game on 48 percent shooting from 3-point land. At 6-foot-6, he's proven to be a matchup problem on the perimeter and then some with his skill set. Raper is another prospect to keep an eye on with the Eagles. He's a 6-foot-1 guard who's put himself on the radar with his production of 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists per contest as the Eagles are 14-1 and 2-0 already in conference action. Then, there's unsigned senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2699092' first='Gray' last='Madeira'] who's posted 7.3 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.8 steals per game and unsigned senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='2441149' first='Alek' last='Kornacki']. He's putting up 7.6 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.

Harrells Christian Academy Off to a 12-1 Start

[player_tooltip player_id='1280878' first='Antonio' last='McKoy'] has been the leading name over at Harrells Christian Academy with 23.9 points, 10.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.2 steals and 1.2 blocks per game but he's not alone in the rotation with [player_tooltip player_id='2690046' first='J'Kaeshi' last='Brunson'], [player_tooltip player_id='1220126' first='DaShaun' last='McKoy'], [player_tooltip player_id='2479784' first='Zi' last='Mcneil'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2699001' first='Amir' last='Moore'] in tow. Brunson is their best defender in the backcourt and their top distributor on the season with 6.6 assists per game. [player_tooltip player_id='1220126' first='DaShaun' last='McKoy'] is right behind him as their X-Factor with 13.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per game on 61 percent shooting from the floor and 44 percent shooting from behind the arc. He's another wing/forward in the 2026 class to keep eyes on with this squad. Mcneil remains an underrated unsigned senior in the HCA backcourt to know. He's producing 13.1 points, 2.6 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game with the Crusaders as they've lost just once. [player_tooltip player_id='2699001' first='Amir' last='Moore'] is the final name to know in their frontcourt. The 6-foot-8 big man is posting 9.1 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in their frontcourt as he finds his way. They're a well-rounded group to go up against as they've proven with their talented cast.

DII programs in the region are becoming more and more privvy to the talents of [player_tooltip player_id='1428704' first='Kenny' last='Vera'] with Northwood Temple Academy. He's producing 19.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 2.0 steals per game as the Eagles are 10-4 currently on the year.
Kennedy has proven to be a key piece in the Carmel Christian backcourt at the point guard position. They've won nine straight games following a 1-3 start to push their record to 10-3 with wins over Davidson Day and Covenant Day School this past week. He's shooting 51 percent from the floor while averaging 15.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.6 steals per contest so far in his senior season. He's slowly working himself into a spot in the 2025 rankings when they update in January.

Tatum is one of two unsigned senior names to note from Fayetteville Academy. He's coming off a big performance against a talented Ambassador Christian squad which saw him put up 29 points, seven assists and four rebounds this past week in a 71-70 loss. Despite the result, he's put college programs on notice of what he's capable of at the point guard spot as a scorer and facilitator.

Barnes is another prospect for college programs to get eyes on in North Carolina's 2025 class. He's putting up 20.4 points per game for the Eagles, currently 9-5. He's proven to be quite the inside-out threat for FA given his size, athleticism and versatility on the floor at 6-foot-7. He's another prospect for DII programs in the region to get eyes on given his activity and impact on the hardwood.

College programs in need of a big man, look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='1131338' first='Kaden' last='Hammond']. He's healthy and playing well in anchoring The Burlington School frontcourt this season as they're 9-4 currently in 2024-25. He's putting 14.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 2.2 assists per game for the Spartans as he continues to showcase his all-around game in the painted area. He's a prospect for DII programs to really get eyes on.
