This week in the great state of Indiana, many boys high school basketball teams participated in a host of different holiday tournaments all the way from the northern part to the southern part. Prep Hoops Indiana has been on the road as well as streaming pretty much every major holiday tournament there is to watch. With that said, let's take a look at some standout player that I watched throughout Friday's portion of the holiday tournaments.

Shrews berry looks so much more comfortable as an aggressive shotmaker than the last time I watched him. His size on the wing allows him to be such a playmaker whether it be as a knock down shooter or a guy that can get in the lane and finish at the rim. A microwave type of scorer.

There was simply no stopping the senior point guard out of Kokomo. Bellamy was lights out from behind the arc hitting 6/11 from the perimeter. He is a game changer of a guard both as a scorer and creator as he showed in this game. His elite speed helps him be a playmaker.

Welker might have been the most impressive prospect I watched all day Friday. It has been no secret that we at Prep Hoops In have been high on Welker due to his mature skillset at a young age. He was real smooth off the wing taking his defender off the dribble and finishing at the left side. He also has a nice shot-fake, dribble pull-up game and was cash when he would use that. Good offensive rebounder, as well.

When it comes to elite upside in the in-state 2026 class, [player_tooltip player_id='1561513' first='Noah' last='Smith'] is at the top of that list. In the game I watched of Plainfield on Friday, Smith was a shot changer on the defensive end with multiple blocks while scoring very consistently 15ft and in on offense. He was easily the most athletic player on the floor and the Quakers used that to their advantage.
