The season is less than a month away and scrimmages are starting up as soon as this weekend. For a different type of season preview, I wanted to find one "X-Factor" in each of Kentucky's districts for this season. Here are 64 X-Factors for the 24-25 season, one for district in the state.

Twenty First District:

Stinnett is one of the premier shooters in the Commonwealth and will be playing with more talent than he did at Beth Haven. That should lead to more open looks for him. As a Sophomore, Michael Ray hit 51% of his threes and made 4 per game. Now that he's playing with [player_tooltip player_id='1751496' first='Ferlandas' last='Wright'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2438889' first='Kamari' last='Roberts'], expect Stinnett to get even more open looks from the perimeter.

Twenty Second District:

One of the biggest toss up districts in the state, it's hard to predict who will be the team to beat in the 22nd. One thing that is for sure is that Tayvo is going to be the steady hand at point guard for the Warriors. Capable of scoring but at his best when he's getting into the paint and distributing, Lawrence is one of the best guards in Louisville but rarely gets his flowers.

Twenty Third District:

Scrolling down the roster at Evangel, Ben looks like that meme from Fresh Prince where Will Smith is standing in the empty living room. Mukadi is one of the last ones left at Evangel but that should be great for his development as he should be able to play through mistakes and will be needed on offense more than he has before now. If you view players as stocks, Ben is a "buy now" for sure.

Twenty Fourth District:

J-Town may lead the state in transfers this year as several players made their way to play for the Chargers. Day Day Harrison is a supreme talent who is wired to score in bunches. The reason he's the X factor is that the Moore transfer will be surrounded with talent this year. How will he play when he doesn't have to score 25+ for his team to win? That's one of the more interesting subplots in the 6th region this season.

The season is less than a month away and scrimmages are starting up as soon as this weekend. For a different type of season preview, I wanted to find one "X-Factor" in each of Kentucky's districts for this season. Here are 64 X-Factors for the 24-25 season, one for district in the state.
