Scrolling down the roster at Evangel, Ben looks like that meme from Fresh Prince where Will Smith is standing in the empty living room. Mukadi is one of the last ones left at Evangel but that should be great for his development as he should be able to play through mistakes and will be needed on offense more than he has before now. If you view players as stocks, Ben is a “buy now” for sure.

The most physically talented player on Shining Star Price’s 17 U group, Mukadi is a force in the paint. Getting easy buckets at the rim, Mukadi has the physicality to overpower defenders in the paint. Thought his hands were solid catching passes from a variety of angles and securing rebounds, an important skill for a big. Also protecting the rim, Mukadi had numerous blocks in the game and a half I caught of him this weekend. Going to Evangel Christian, a top program in Kentucky, I had multiple college coaches speak highly of Mukadi’s performance this weekend.

Mukadi is the last of the Evangel trio that once made up the biggest front court in Kentucky but he looks like he’s ready to embrace a bigger role on offense. Watching Ben in Louisville this weekend, he was continually carving out space and finishing around the rim. He’s also an excellent rebounder with a solid motor.

Ben will step into a much bigger role next season at Evangel after they graduated so much talent this year. A good rebounder and rim protector, Mukadi is a bruising post man who should see bigger numbers next season when he’ll be depended on for more production.

Makadi’s elite athleticism is on full display every time he steps on the court. He can score inside with a variety of moves or rise up for a slam. Also, he is a great rebounder that runs the floor hard in transition. His shot-blocking ability prevents opponents from getting quality looks around the basket.

Evangel Christian had a big advantage in the paint during this game as their duo of Mukadi and Johnny Djema Johnny Djema 6'8" | PF Evangel Christian | 2024 State KY feasted in the paint. I thought Mukadi showed strong hands with a bunch of catches in the post on contested passes. With his size he got a couple switches onto guards and made patient moves for easy buckets. Mukadi also had a tip in layup where he kept it high and no Adair County defender could contest that shot. A prospect who knows who he is, Mukadi isn’t going to be spacing the floor or putting it on the ground, Mukadi does his damage in the paint as a rim runner and positioning for offensive rebounds. Another prospect on Evangel Christian who projects to be a scholarship prospect, I’d expect Division II and NAIA schools to start getting serious in recruiting Mukadi in the spring and summer.

Mukadi is an old school 5 man who plays with his back to the bucket and plays strictly around the rim on both ends of the court. A good rim protector thanks to above average athleticism and good length, Ben has the potential to be a more impactful offensive player than what he’s shown at Evangel.

Cyr Malonga offered one of the most physical presences in the entire state and Mukadi can do the same thanks to his grown man build and blue collar work ethic around the rim. Ben is a bruising post who rebounds at a very high level and is comfortable playing around the rim. While Senior Johnny Djema Johnny Djema 6'8" | PF Evangel Christian | 2024 State KY is likely to have better scoring numbers, you could argue that Ben is the more important player to Evangel thanks to his physical presence down low.

Ben is a bruising post with the ability to pull down double figure rebounds every game. Mukadi is well built and a good athlete whose second jump is a quick one. At 6’8, Ben offers rim running offense and some ability to score around the bucket. On defense, he’s a good rim protector and above average rebounder.
