Burton has generated a lot of buzz this spring with Tennessee Impact and it's in large part due to his impressive scoring ability. Burton is an elite shooter with solid positional size and Burton is un-phased by hard closeouts with his quick trigger. Burton had a couple tough buckets off pivots and pump fakes as well when the defense forced him to put the ball on the floor. Burton also scored a transition layup to take the lead with just over a minute left in the game. When Burton is able to use his frame and size defensively he does a nice job forcing tough shots and moving his feet on the perimeter is a key skill for him to show Vs other talented athletes. Expect Division I programs to get more involved this summer as Burton has already posted offers from Eastern Kentucky and Jacksonville State.

Another impact player for Tennessee Impact 16 U, Akins impacts the game in a handful of ways. Akins has quick hands defensively and had a handful of strips, deflections and loose balls. A strong guard, Akins does a nice job of playing lower and stronger than his opponents on drives. After struggling with passing turnovers all game, Akins had back-to-back assists to break a tie in the final 90 seconds of the game and allow TN Impact 16 U to come away with a hard-fought victory.

Impacting winning at the 17 U level doesn't have to be flashy as Gregg showed for Wildcat Select. Knocking down a couple jumpers with his feet set, Gregg spaces the floor and moves without the ball. Gregg also dove on the floor for a steal and hit a couple cutters off set plays. Nothing flashy about his game on a top shoe circuit but Gregg is effective.

Myrick helped spark Midwest Basketball Club 3SSB back from an early deficit against Breakaway Basketball as his perimeter shot making was a key reason why his team came out with a win. Myrick is one of the most confident shooters in Kentucky as he walks into any game against any opponent with the expectation to knock down 3-point shots. That confidence went a long way on Friday for his group and should get more Division I and II programs to watch Myrick the rest of the weekend.
