The South Dakota 2028 Rankings debut is a Top 10, including many more 2028 prospects to watch and get on your radar. The 2028 class has a solid grouping of high-end talent. A talented class and a class with a whole lot of size. There’s a total of 66 2028 prospects listed, with that number expected to rise dramatically in the next and coming updates.

. So this class offers a bunch of different flavors, and of the high-end variety.
There’s still a lot to learn about this class and as things evolve, but at first glance, this is a fairly strong class when you put it all together. A good amount of athletic size and length. And stud guards.
Top 10
TEAM Warwick
is well represented in the Top 10 after they had a highly successful Spring/Summer, with one of the top 14U teams in the Midwest, led by Shane Warwick and the top prospects in the class.
Groton Area and James Valley Thunder have a couple stud guards that I believe should be recognized as top prospects in the state in the 2028 class. They could potentially be higher, but I went with proven size towards the top. But they can play and are worthy of consideration in the top 3-5 spots.
