The [program_tooltip program_id='2075761' first='Ohio' last='Buckets'] 17 U team has a lot of the top available prospects in Ohio with Morris as a key piece from that roster. An elite shooter and defender, Morris will bring floor spacing, toughness and production to whatever college program he attends. Typically Newark kids do extremely well at the college level due to their program culture and ability to get players ready to the adjustment to college coaching and expectations. Morris has already been a priority for regional Division II and NAIA programs, holding a pair of offers at each level (Findlay, Hillsdale, Indiana Tech and Mount Vernon) already.

Spiva made the move to from Central to Central, going from one end of Columbus in Pickerington to the north side of the city in Westerville. Spiva will look to form one of the top senior duos with [player_tooltip player_id='1708714' first='Josh' last='Henderson'] as the Warhawks look to reload after a district final loss to Hilliard Bradley. Known as an up-tempo guard, Spiva looks to push the pace and score in transition as a slasher. After a productive summer with Midwest Pumas Gold, helping them qualify for 3SSB finals in Rock Hill, Spiva earned some scholarship interest and will look to add to that this winter.

I loved what I saw from Crim this summer as he looks like a prime breakout candidate in the GMC this winter. Air Force commit Kam Sanders moved to Georgia which opened the door for Crim to become the primary ball handler and creator for Fairfield. I was impressed with what I saw from him with [program_tooltip program_id='2078657' first='Shining' last='Star'] Price as well, having a huge Bill Hensley Run N Slam tournament. Kentucky Christian and Transylvania have already offered Crim, who should get more interest if he makes the jump I project him to make this winter.

One of the quickest guards in the state, Williams had a very productive Junior season, finishing second in the GWOC in scoring at 19.3 PPG. Able to thrive in an up-tempo environment, Williams needs to go to a program that suits his playstyle. The biggest question with Williams is the 3-point shot and after making just eight 3-pointers as a Junior, he showed some development in the summer. I'll be curious to see how well Williams shoots it as a senior because he checks a lot of other boxes on the court.

Summit Country Day could be one of the surprise teams in the state this season as they have a ton of returning talent for a small division school. Their top senior is Walters who led them in scoring at 13.4 PPG as a Junior. A big time athlete, Walters plays hard and above the rim as a slasher. I really liked the defensive effort Walters showed me during the grassroots season as well. Keep an eye out for Summit Country Day this winter, they have the pieces to win a lot of games with Walters helping lead the charge.
