I give you who I thought was the best player on each of the teams at the Minnesota Sophomore ID Camp when I got a chance to watch.

Team 1: [player_tooltip player_id='2569245' first='Jaeden' last='Udean'] of DeLaSalle. Shot a ton but he teams had a hard time stopping him from getting to his shot, especially on the attack.

Team 2: [player_tooltip player_id='2139462' first='Eddie' last='Reinert'] of Elk River. A creative scorer and finisher for the Titans and Elks programs.

Team 3: [player_tooltip player_id='2126474' first='Kamar' last='Thomas'] of DeLaSalle, Do not be surprised when this young man is a strong number consistent scorer for De soon in his career.

Team 4: [player_tooltip player_id='2140691' first='Santiago' last='Connell'] of Prior Lake. A crafty attacking guard that will make a Prior Lake sophomore group even deeper!

Team 5: [player_tooltip player_id='2492960' first='Gideon' last='Horne'] of Hope Academy. The attacking wing was relentless in getting to the rim putting up strong numbers in every game he played.

Team 6: [player_tooltip player_id='2126467' first='Baboucarr' last='Ann'] of Maple Grove. The event MVP and it wasn't even close.

Team 7: [player_tooltip player_id='2126113' first='AJ' last='Taban'] of Stillwater. Defended the paint well and finished in the paint in solid numbers. He was the best player and I think he is capable of even more which is a scary thought. The potential is there.

Team 8: DeMondre Collins of Richfield. A strong, explosive, relentless scorer this past 15u season and that is what we saw at this event as well.

Team 9: [player_tooltip player_id='2417091' first='Isiah' last='Boyer'] of Becker. Maybe the surprise of the camp was the steady play of this young guard who was two way quality and did a nice job making sure the players around him had the right opportunities.

Team 10: [player_tooltip player_id='2140712' first='Willie' last='Roelofs'] of Mahtomedi. Willie was consistent and at his size and skill that meant he was the most consistent player on his team often, and the most consistent player on the floor at times.

Team 11: [player_tooltip player_id='2126126' first='Ray' last='Brau'] of Hibbing. Again, it's consistency. Consistently consistent. Ray is always where he needs to be and in doing that he will always rank with the players scoring and rebounding with the best efforts and numbers.

Team 12: [player_tooltip player_id='2569257' first='Marcus' last='Marshall'] of Minneapolis North. Had a 14-15 point per game first season at North last year and we saw that level of scoring this weekend as well.

Team 13: [player_tooltip player_id='2126442' first='Bennett' last='Cizadlo'] of Maple Grove & [player_tooltip player_id='2569249' first='Julian' last='Smith'] of CDH. I don't like splitting this much but my decision was too split so I needed to pick both. Smith was outstanding but Bennett did so much as a stretch forward himself so need to give it to both.

Team 14: [player_tooltip player_id='2357544' first='Cole' last='Davis'] of Maple River. His shooting and scoring was a big eye opener for this event. Big things expected for him with the Eagles the next three years.

Team 15: [player_tooltip player_id='2140710' first='Willie' last='Moore'] of Owatonna. Moore is a guard that I have really been impressed with the last two times I have seen him play. Good player in the Big Nine for the next three years.

Team 16: [player_tooltip player_id='2371289' first='Jaeden' last='Lewis'] of Minneapolis Camden. A guard that when I saw his team play, he was hitting open shots and he did it several times.
