Frost was not only one of the top stock risers in New England, but the entire country this spring and summer. Now on the national radar, Frost emerged as one of the top perimeter shooters in the entire class while playing with the Middlesex Magic. While he made his mark mostly with his jump shot, he's also a quality athlete that can put the ball on the floor and finish with power at the rim. He's a solid rebounder, a high IQ defender, and, maybe most importantly, a winner. He now holds a long list of high major offers and has already scheduled visits with some of the top programs in the country. It's been a terrific few months for Frost on the basketball court, but should just be the start of his journey as he continues to add more elements to his game.

Nosakhare had himself a great spring and summer with Team New England, emerging as one of the better forwards on the east coast. He played his way from fringe scholarship prospect into someone with multiple mid-major offers as he proved to be an athletic, high-motor big man that can impact a game on both ends of the floor. He shines defensively as a rim protector that can switch onto the perimeter and keep opposing guards in front of him. Offensively, he does a great job of running the floor in transition and punishes the rims any time he gets the chance. He's still a little raw on that end, but has developed quite rapidly over the last few months and has the versaility and athleticism to eventually develop into a face-up four man at the next level. His list of new offers is impressive and there's a strong possibility that more are still on the way.

Plankey had a strong spring with NSSA, popped at NERR's Elite 75, and rounded out the summer with a few more strong performances on the travel circuit. A mobile, high IQ big man, Plankey established himself as one of New England's top under-the-radar prospects and has now attracted attention from high academic D3's and scholarship level programs up and down the east coast. He's a well-rounded prospect on the offensive end of the floor where he's able to finish over either shoulder in the post, has nice touch on his jumper, and even shows signs of ability as an initiator with the ball in his hands. He doesn't play outside of himself, is more athletic than given credit for, and doesn't back down physically. Defensively, he knows how to play angles in ball screens, rebounds by the rim, and is a vocal back line presence. He's a prospect that should only continue to get better and should ultimately have his pick of schools to choose from.

The youngest prospect on this list, Karavanic had a strong travel season with One Dream, culminating with his appearance on our 2027 Watch List. Already standing close to 6'7", Karavanic profiles as a prospect that not only could continue to grow, but ultimately could slide to the wing down the road. He has a well rounded offensive game, showcasing the ability to knock down shots from the perimeter, make plays off the bounce, and take advantage of mistmatches in the post. He runs the floor well in transition and even showed the ability to turn his own defensive rebounds into transition opportunities with the ball in his hands. He moves well on the defensive end of the floor and should be able to guard one through five at this level. His growth will be fun to track and I'd expect him to be among the top underclassmen in the NHIAA this winter.

Arguably one of the top shooters in New England, Caruso continued to impress this summer while running with the New England Storm. Long known as a big time scorer in New Hampshire, he proved to be more of a threat with the ball in his hands this summer. He's a capable three level scorer, makes good decisions off the bounce, and has a quick first step out of his dribble moves. He has good size at the guard spot, knows where he needs to be on the defensive end, and is ultra competitive. His ability to transition from purely a shooter to more of a combo guard has drastically enhanced his recruitment and ultimately made him a legitimate scholarship prospect. Expect him to again be among the top scorers in the NHIAA this winter that will have college coaches in the gym nightly.
