Session two of the DMV Live took place last weekend, featuring even more teams ranging from Pennsylvania to NC and everywhere in between. There were hundreds of college coaches in attendance, the atmosphere was electric and the games were fantastic with a February vibe to them.

Here's a look at part 3 some of the VA standouts from the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1343624' first='Khalil' last='Caple'] | 6'3” WG | Norfolk Collegiate 2025

Caple is a Swiss-army knife of a wing who has shown a lot of ability over the past few years, and played well at DMV by doing a lot of little things to help his team. He facilitated well both handling the ball and moving to catch and space and find players, he made shots from deep when he was open, he defended multiple positions and he made a lot of hustle plays for his team. He finished the session averaging 12.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2 assists per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1588134' first='Zyon' last='McGlone'] | 6'0” CG | Norfolk Collegiate 2026

McGlone has been an intriguing prospect in the 757 in his young career at King's Fork, and with his transfer to Collegiate he'll be part of a talented backcourt that can compete with the best in VISAA. He's a talented scoring guard who is lightning quick with his first step, can create space off the bounce, gets to the rim and to spots at will and can fill it up in bunches when he gets it going. He was a great spark plug for them, averaging 15 points per game off the bench.

[player_tooltip player_id='1782690' first='Silas' last='Devonish'] | 5'9” PG | Bishop Ireton 2026

Devonish had a decent showing in the first session, but he stepped it up big time in session 2 and the way he's expanded from just being a scoring guard bolds well for him moving forward. He really locked in defensively getting after it against some tough matchups and forcing turnovers, he made plays for others off the bounce and he picked his spots and scored it well from multiple levels. He finished the session averaging 14 points and 4 assists per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1782688' first='Khaliq' last='Carson'] | 6'0” PG | Bishop Ireton 2026

Devonish's running mate in the backcourt, Carson has improved a lot over the past few years and had a good showing in both sessions, earning his first division one offer in doing so. He's grown to a legit 6'0” now and is the consummate floor general as he sees the game ahead of everyone else and makes great reads with the ball in his hands, he puts pressure on the defense with his change of speeds and crafty dribble and he sets the tone defensively with his on ball pressure. He finished the event as one of the top assist men and did all the little things you want your PG to do.

[player_tooltip player_id='1494103' first='Jaquan' last='Womack'] | 6'7” PF | Paul VI 2025

Womacak was the breakout player of session 1 and saw his stock soar because of it, and with PVI looking much more confident as a team this session he had another impressive showing as well. While he wasn't quite as dominant with his teammates stepping up he still showed his versatility as an inside-out threat who can bang in the post and has good ball skills, he guarded multiple positions and he was aggressive and played hard on both ends of the floor. He finished the session averaging 13.3 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1782590' first='Lawrence' last='Brown'] | 6'0” PG | Paul VI 2026

After a decent session 1, Brown stole the show this past weekend as he made it clear he would be the one running the show for this new look PVI team and was absolutely sensational doing it. The 6'0” guard is strong and shifty with the ability to change speeds to get in the paint at will, he's a crafty passer with both hands who sees the floor and can drop dimes with every pass imaginable, he picks his spots and scores it with a great layup and floater package with either hand and he's in constant control of the game. He finished the session averaging 13.3 points, 7.8 assists and 4 rebounds per game with almost a 4:1 assists-to-turnover ratio.

[player_tooltip player_id='2612817' first='Colin' last='Byrd'] | 6'4” WG | Paul VI 2026

Byrd is a player to keep an eye on for this new look PVI team as he stood out with his constant energy on both ends and his exceptional shooting ability as well. He's a well built wing who thrives in the 3 and d mold as he often guarded the other team's best player and made plays in the press, he shot the ball well from deep and showed the ability to heat up quickly and he played with a great motor doing a lot of little things for his team to help them win. He finished the session averaging 12.3 points and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 56.5% from deep on 23 attempts.
