#2) [player_tooltip player_id='2916369' first='Isaac' last='Smith'] | 6'6” SF | Hargrave Varsity

Smith had a huge sophomore season for Hargrave Varsity as he continues to develop, and he has many scouts believing he could be a four or five star recruit when it's all said and done. The 6'6” wing has great physical tools with long arms and a strong frame, he's an explosive athlete when he gets downhill and plays above the rim effortlessly, he can knock down shots off the catch, and he's really improved in his ability to create in isolation situations.

#7) [player_tooltip player_id='2353668' first='Kamdon' last='Brangman-Cain'] | 6'5” SF | Blue Ridge

Brangman-Cain transferred to Blue Ridge where he reclassified to the 2028 class, and he had a great season for them and will be one I encourage coaches to check out this summer. The 6'5” wing is a big time athlete who thrives in transition both running the floor and handling the rock, he can knock it down from deep and attack closeouts, he can work in ball screens and put pressure on the defense, and he is a very good defender and rebounder for his position too.

#19) Jajuan Bailey | 6'0” PG | Oak Hill Academy

Bailey didn't get a ton of time for a super talented and experienced Oak Hill team, but when he got his moments you can see that he will be a player in a couple of years. He's a highly skilled guard who is shifty off the bounce with good change of pace, he can score it in a number of ways both on and off the ball, he can make plays for others, and he plays with great poise for a player his age.

#27) [player_tooltip player_id='3554521' first='Owen' last='Jackson'] | 6'4” SF | Fort Chiswell

Jackson was the leading scorer in all of VA this year, averaging 33.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game earning VHSL Class 1 State Player of the Year, and apparently basketball isn't even his best sport as he's a big time baseball recruit as well. The 6'4” wing can fill it up in any way you want it as he can drill it from deep with good range, he gets downhill and is a strong finisher at the rim, he can post smaller defenders or crash the offensive glass, and he's able to straight up take over basketball games for his team.

#30) [player_tooltip player_id='2918948' first='Damaries' last='Harris'] | 5'9” PG | EC Glass

Harris was one of the biggest breakout players in the entire state this year, as he was a sixth man as a freshman and earned First Team All State honors as a sophomore. The 5'9” guard is tough as nails as he sets the tone with his ability to pick up and guard the basketball the length of the floor, he is lightning quick with shifty handles and the ability to get where he wants on the floor, he has great vision and makes his teammates better, and he can score the ball from all three levels as well.

#32) [player_tooltip player_id='3046782' first='Davis' last='Winters'] | 6'4” CG | Western Albemarle

Winters was an integral part of a Western team that made a state tournament run, as he was one of their primary ball handlers and is a threat to both score the ball and make plays for others as well. The 6'4” combo guard has great size and uses it around the rim when he gets downhill, he can play on or off the ball and knows how to get open and get into his shots quickly, he can score it from multiple levels, and he's a very good rebounder for his position too.

#33) [player_tooltip player_id='2951871' first='Garrett' last='Overbay'] | 6'8” PF | Christiansburg

Overbay is part of a very talented young Christiansburg core that will have a chance to be very good if they stay together, and the 6'8” forward is a very intriguing prospect in his own right. Already 6'8” and possibly still growing he moves well for his size and gets up and down the floor, he is a big time rim protector and a very good rebounder, he has good feet and shows soft touch around the rim, and he's still miles away from how good he can be as he continues to develop.
