The third session of the CBG I-95 Series took place at U-Turn in Richmond this past weekend, with some of the top teams coming from all over the state to bump it up and compete with each other. With 17U being the biggest division, there are plenty of players who stood out, here's a look at part four of those standouts.

Amoah has been very good for Higher Level in all of the CBG events this spring, as he's shown to be a rock at the point guard position and someone who can set the tone and get after it on both ends. He aggressively got downhill to put pressure on the defense and get in the paint to collapse them, he finished well in the midrange and over bigger defenders in the paint, he made shots from multiple levels, and he did a really good job guarding the ball as well.

Jason Deal | 6'6” PF | Higher Level

Deal is emerging as a very intriguing prospect in the 2027 class, as he has a great skillset for a player his size which makes him a big time mismatch on the offensive end. He shot the ball well from deep and was able to attack closeouts and get to spots in the midrange, he posted smaller defenders and scored it well with both hands around the rim, he showed his athleticism by running the floor and rebounding well, and defensively he played with a chip and physicality too.

Darren Maglocky | 6'8” PF | Higher Level

Maglocky is a new name for coaches to put on their list, as the 6'8” Virginia Academy big is chock full of potential as he continues to develop over the next few years. Coming over from Germany and having played for the national team he may still be adjusting to the speed and style over here but he showed a good skillset with the ability to shoot the ball and put it on the deck at his size, he's a fluid athlete who ran the floor well and made plays at the rim, and he is only going to continue to get more productive with time and reps.

Griffin Barbour | 6'2” CG | Higher Level ('28)

Barbour was one of the breakout players at the event, as he played up with Higher Level Premier 17s and showed he was one of the better shooters in the entire event. The 6'2” combo made 8 threes in their two games showcasing a quick release and deep range, he moved well off the ball and made shots on the move, he showed he can create off the bounce for himself and others, and he brings a bit of a competitive chip that you love to see.

Rasean Miller | 6'4” WF | Circle Sports

Miller had college coaches talking quite a bit this past weekend, and throughout the course of the I-95 Series he's been one of the breakout prospects and is just scratching the surface with how good he can be. The 6'4” lefty has good length and is a good athlete who got out in the open floor and played above the rim, he showed the ability to knock down shots both off the catch and off the bounce, he has a natural feel for the game and made some really good passes, and he's only going to get better and better moving forward.

Horatio Kinlock | 6'2” PG | Circle Sports

Kinlock is another player for Circle Sports who has really shined and started getting attention over the course of the I-95 Series, and he was super impactful and productive across the board this past weekend. The 6'2” guard has a great motor and showcased a lot of mental and physical toughness on both ends of the floor, he used his quick first step and speed to get downhill, he made big shots when his team needed him to and scored it from all three levels, and he made plays for others as well.
