#1) [player_tooltip player_id='2548181' first='Isaiah' last='Carter'] | 6'6” SF | Highland School

Carter remains in the top spot for the rankings update, as he dealt with some injuries early in the season but came back with a strong second half, and will be heavily watched this summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2226248' first='Boo' last='Williams']. The 6'6” wing has all the tools to play at the highest level including an athletic frame that will fill out nicely, he is a dead eye shooter from deep with good range and a quick release, and he is a very good defender as well.

#5) [player_tooltip player_id='2884415' first='Devin' last='Ainsworth'] | 6'2” PG | St. Stephen's St. Agnes

Ainsworth is emerging as one of the top guards in the NOVA area, and next year he'll be the go-to guy from both a scoring and distributing aspect if he chooses to return. The 6'2” lead guard is lightning quick off the bounce with a strong frame to finish through contact when he gets downhill, he has great vision both in the half court and in transition, and he can create plays off the bounce and on the defensive end too.

#6) [player_tooltip player_id='2916390' first='Ryan' last='Bahr'] | 6'5” SG | Paul VI

Bahr played a major role in PVI securing both the WCAC and VISAA D-I State Championship this year, as the 6'5” wing brings toughness and skill with the ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor. He can really shoot it from deep with a quick release and good range, he brings a high motor and toughness on the defensive end, and his willingness to do the little things to help his team really impacted them this season.

#8) [player_tooltip player_id='2194780' first='Aaron' last='Bryant'] | 6'0” PG | Gillion Academy

Bryant transferre to Gillion where he was the lone underclass starter with four D1 commits with him, but that didn't stop him from showing he'll be at that level in a couple of years as well. The 6'0” lead guard is a shifty ball handler with great footwork to create space to get his shot off, he can score it from all three levels and is a crafty finisher around the rim, and he is very good in ball screens and dribble hand-offs too.

#10) [player_tooltip player_id='2847084' first='Blake' last='Fitzgerald'] | 6'7” PF | Highland School

Fitzgerald transferred from Flint Hill to Highland this offseason reclassifying to the 2028 class, and he continues to show improvement and a lot of promise with his slightly old school style of play. He's a good athlete who can get downhill and finish above the rim in traffic, he has a great midrange game off the catch and off the bounce, he can stretch the floor from deep, and he's a solid passer as well.

#12) [player_tooltip player_id='2194779' first='Aiden' last='Acquah'] | 6'5” SF | Paul VI

Acquah played a solid role off the bench for this uber talented PVI team, and he just keeps improving on the right trajectory making him a player for coaches to keep an eye on moving forward. The 6'5” wing has a prototypical size and a strong frame already for his age, he's a good athlete who can get out in transition with the guards, he's a good rebounder and defender, and he's making strides in his offensive game as well.

#14) [player_tooltip player_id='2918910' first='Connor' last='Miles'] | 6'5” SF | Episcopal

Miles had a very good sophomore season for a young Episcopal team that is on the rise, and he's going to be one to watch for over the next few seasons as he develops. The 6'5” wing has great size and a solid overall skillset already, he knocks it down from deep and attacks closeouts well to get to spots, and he brings a lot of energy on the defensive end too.
