Spring Kickoff: Standout Frontcourt Athletes at Gold Crown

These were the most impactful frontcourt names to know from this past weekend's Spring Kickoff, featuring teams from states across the midwest and mountain west. Excellent getting to drop steps and other pivot moves, Summers provided a steady diet of buckets throughout his games, posting a team high 12 points per game.    <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/jaidyn-coon/">Jaidyn Coon</a>   One of the other bigs for this group, Coon was an active shot blocker who was among the most talented athletes in the gym. He was one of the more athletic names at his frame, mobile in transition.    Josue Kajinga   Kajinga is a mobile big man, standing somewhere around 6'8, effectively throwing down one handed dunks from a standstill. He showed his value moving without the ball and setting quality screens, creating additional space on the roll or for shooters.    [player_tooltip player_id='1369820' first='Kale' last='Sparks']   Sparks was an efficient scorer around the rim, all while providing proactive defense from all areas of the floor. Particularly mobile at his frame,    Papa Diop   Diop was all too imposing at the lower levels, including a 30 point, 15 rebound, and 3 block performance. An effective rim roller, he has proven himself as a dependable finisher around the rim with either hand.    [player_tooltip player_id='1903579' first='Mason' last='Bonner']   Bonner was excellent at defending the rim and getting out in transition, a fluid above the rim athlete, the forward will be a must watch athlete at Mullen.    [player_tooltip player_id='1369806' first='Garrett' last='Barger']   Barger continued to his value as a mobile frontcourt rim runner, effectively finishing above the rim or getting to the hook shot. Playing with multiple upper echelon point guards on Roughriders, the forward will be in good hands throughout this summer.    [player_tooltip player_id='1799812' first='Max' last='Roselle']   Roselle was all over the glass, bringing a constant motor on the glass, going at opponents to leverage his strength advantage.
