With that being said, let’s dive in and take a brief look at each of the Top 10 prospects in New England’s class of 2026:
- Sebastian Wilkins Sebastian Wilkins 6'8" | PF Brewster Academy | 2026 State NLG – A top wing in this class nationally; big time athlete, fierce competitor, smooth scorer. Has a high ceiling on both ends of the floor and next level athleticism and strength. A gifted scorer that can get it done at all three levels and punishes the rim in transition.
- Collins Chidera Onyejiaka Collins Chidera Onyejiaka 6'11" | C Newman School | 2026 State NLG – Physically imposing big man is one of the country’s best shot blockers in the class of 2026. Has great positional size, terrific defensive instincts, and is raipidly improving as a low post scorer. A solid rim runner in transition. Motor is always on.
- Ben Ahmed Ben Ahmed 6'10" | C Putnam Science Academy | 2026 State NLG – Big, physical lefty is a handful in the paint. Has a variety of scoring moves, soft touch around the rim, and shows impressive passing ability from the block. Terrific rebounder on both ends of the floor. Can beat you with brute force and high level of skill.
- Sam Fleming Sam Fleming 6'7" | SF Wilbraham & Monson | 2026 State NLG – Lefty wing has point forward potential. Terrific positional size and length combined with impressive versatility on both ends of the floor. Has a nice handle, makes good decisions with the ball, and has improved his perimeter shot. Can defend all five positions.
- Warren Keel Jr. Warren Keel Jr. 5'11" | PG Bradford Christian Academy | 2026 State NLG – Elite point guard combines his high IQ with a terrific feel for the game. Next level floor vision and passing ability, makes great decisions in ball screen actions. Can get it done as a scorer too from behind the arc, in the mid-range, and with his floater game.
- Vincent Osazee Vincent Osazee 6'8" | PF Reason Prep | 2026 State NLG – A big wing that can fill it up from behind the arc. Tough to defend as a downhill, bully driver. Versatility to play 2 to 4; can guard up and down with combo of quickness and strength. Has some athletic pop off the bounce and in transition.
- Windston Legentus Windston Legentus 6'0" | PG Brimmer & May | 2026 State NLG – Next level lead guard plays with the ball on a string. Has a high IQ and showcases impressive understanding of how to run an offense. Can really really shoot it from behind the arc. Has a quick first step and impressive burst as a driver.
- Abdou Toure Abdou Toure 6'6" | SF Notre Dame West Haven | 2026 State NLG – Pure bucket getter with an advanced mid-range game. High level athlete is an explosive leaper that’s tough to contain off the bounce. Plays hard on both ends of the floor. Has athleticism, length, and size to be a defensive stopper at the next level.
- Dwayne Chess Dwayne Chess 6'4" | SG St. George's School | 2026 State NLG – Another impressive athlete on the wing. Has upside as a secondary ball-handler that can score in bunches. Has nice elevation and a quick release on his jumper. Can lock up on the defensive end. Athleticism pops in transition when he puts pressure on the rim.
- Chris Powell Chris Powell 6'3" | SG Westminster School | 2026 State NLG – Long and lean combo guard is just scratching the surface of his potential. Good athlete that has ability to create space off the bounce. Tools to be a tough perimeter defender. Can score in bunches, especially when he’s knocking down shots from behind the arc.
This is an incredibly talented Top 10 and, beyond that, it wouldn’t surprise us if any of the Top 20 prospects in this update eventually made a run at the Top 10!
