Leonard is extremely skilled already for his young age. Josh has already collected all-state honors and all-region since the 8th grade. He can do a little bit of everything on the hardwood.
Josh averaged 13.9 ppg, 9.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists this past season for the Tigers (25-5). Leonard can handle the rock up the floor and in transition. He can rebound the ball on both ends of the court or simply just score around the cup. Josh plays very aggressive already for such a young age.
Littlejohn III sees the floor very well and really has that next gear to explode to the cup. Rickey excels in the transition game with his ability to touch the paint and find the open man. He constantly makes himself available around the ball to make a play.
Rickey averaged 11.9 ppg and 5 rebounds for the Class 5A Indians (15-11) this season.
Harrington really thinned out and grew in height this past year for the Cardinals. Desmond didn’t put up big numbers on a very well-balanced team. Harrington averaged 4.4 ppg and 7.7 rebounds for the SCISA Class 4A State Champions this season.
Desmond has good footwork to work around the paint area and from side to side. The Cardinals have plenty of young talent in the years to follow after finishing (21-15) this season.
Ward can really score the ball from the backcourt. Bryce certainly can do that for the Generals who claimed the SCISA Class 2A State Championship this past season. Bryce averaged 20 ppg while the Generals finished the season at (26-9).
Ward doesn’t lack any confidence at all with his play on the floor. Bryce can score the rock from all 3 levels on the floor and at times in real hurry.
Wylie and the Blazers will play at The Throne Tourney next week in New Jersey. Wylie helped the Blazers win the Class 4A State Championship this past March.
Robert is a strong finisher around the bucket with the ability to get downhill in a hurry. He finds open shots on the floor, or he looks to stalk the baseline for buckets at the rim.
Highlights
Stack and the Green Wave have a young roster for the future. Sack averaged 8.6 ppg and 6.7 rebounds this past season for the Green Wave (9-19). RJ plays very well around the paint area and really understands on how to use angles when it comes to rebounding the ball while boxing out. Stack will carve out space well and look to rebound outside of his area when needed.
He plays very active on both ends of the court and feels comfortable stepping out from 12-15 feet to for a open shot.
Cleveland is a slender-sleek athlete who is going to be vital for the Stags program moving forward. He averaged 13.1 ppg and 4.8 rebounds for the Stags (17-9) this past season. Josh looks to excel at times in the transition game. Cleveland has good length to be a problem at times in the passing lanes on the defensive end of the floor.
Gamble has scoring on his mind for the Knights. He did that this season for the Knights as he averaged 16 ppg this season. Josh feels comfortable scoring the ball from all 3 levels on the floor at times.
Gamble keeps the ball low to the deck and really likes to penetrate the gaps and paint for buckets. Josh will deliver good on the ball pressure on the defensive end of the court.
Highlights
Fowler helped his team get to the Class 5A State Championship this season vs Lexington. Colt plays the game with a fearless mindset at times. He has no problems taking charges while utilizing the bounce pass to an open teammate. Colt sees the floor really well from out top. He will finish at the cup with his left-hand while using good body control.
Fowler averaged 8.4 ppg, 4.8 assists and 2.7 rebounds this past season.
Patterson is a 3-sport athlete for the Warriors. In the fall Patterson already has picked up on offers on the gridiron as Quarterback – Defensive Back. Sequel averaged last season 13.3 ppg and 4.9 rebounds for the Warriors (19-8). The combo guard plays the game very mature already for his age.
