Fleming has a tight handle, knows how to get to his spots, and shoots it really well off the bounce. He doubles as a great defender, capable of guarding 1-3. Fleming already holds 8 offers and as long as he’s healthy this spring, his list should grow pretty quickly.
JR Leonard is up to #6 in our latest update after a great junior season that ended with a state title. Leonard had some historic performances throughout the high school season, none bigger than his 51-point game in the Sweet 16. He’s a 3-level scorer that’s strong around the cup and excels in the mid-range. Leonard currently holds 7 offers including Tennessee, Mississippi State, and Georgia.
Maki Joyner Maki Joyner 6’5″ | SG Savannah | 2025 State #376 Nation GA has established himself as a top 20 prospect in the state and arguably the top prospect in Savannah. Joyner averaged 16.5 PPG and 7 RPG this year while leading to Savannah to the Final 4. He has great size and length at 6’5, also extremely skilled and capable of creating offense. Joyner loves to get to the rack where he can finish in different ways. Kennesaw State and East Carolina offered him last summer.
East Laurens may not get a ton of love throughout the high school season but Rashund Washington Rashund Washington 6’4″ | SG East Laurens | 2025 State GA had a breakout summer and looks destined to be a hot name this spring. He has great size and athleticism to go with a motor that goes baseline to baseline. Washington is most dangerous in a fast-paced game where he can play above the rim and attack in the open floor. LM-MM schools in the southeast need to have Rashund Washington Rashund Washington 6’4″ | SG East Laurens | 2025 State GA on their lists.
Garris put up some big numbers in his first year at Mt. Vernon and led the Mustangs to their first GHSA State Championship in school history. Garris is a volume scorer that understands how to use his solid frame to his advantage. He’s strong on the drive and finishes well through contact, great with floaters and pull-ups too. Garris holds offers from Southern Illinois, Kennesaw State, Old Dominion, and Georgia State.
