Going into this week I knew that there would be solid play, and I also knew or at least thought that this week would be about some really good team matchups. Below I have three players that were standing out, then a list of matchups that we got to view in this premier weekly event.
Not the first time seeing him play but I can tell you I do not get to watch him enough. I think he plays a nice brand of ball and I enjoy watching him play each time. Found him to be strong attacking the hoop and finishing with his left hand. After talking with him after his game we found that we agreed a couple of more strengths which were his ability to find the open man. Then he uses speed to set a pace that few competitors match.
Look for him to have a very solid senior season. His team will be young and will need his leadership. He stated that is looking to continue to develop his ability to be a main facilitator.
His recruitment is going well in that he mentioned he is talking to local DIII schools. plus, a couple of schools in out of Iowa has place calls to him.
Highlights
Mr Rogers is fully in his development now where he is experiencing his hard work playing off. His footwork is no longer in a work in progress, it is clearly advanced. He was doing baseline drives to reverse layups, drives into a spin move, or up & under moves to soft touch around the rim, had a baby hook, and of course thunderous dunks. In the second game on the day he hit a 3-pt jumper and then handled the ball a bit to make impressions in different ways. But it is when this 6’10”, top of his class, prospect runs the floor, is when he can truly be dominant.
The prospect had a bit of trouble getting the ball in the hole on the day, but why I am shouting him out is because he didn’t stop being aggressive with it. Went to the rim really hard with a variety of finishes. If he continues this pace, look for him to take the next step. Brookfield Central will certainly need his production this season. As far as Jack goes so goes his team.

Quicks Hitters:
Moses Long Moses Long 6'3" | SG Wauwatosa West | 2024 State WI , of Tosa West, with a huge driving dunk from the wing, just WOW! More of that please.
Devin Brown Devin Brown 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State #196 Nation WI of MAS, looks taller.
Same with Trevor Polite Trevor Polite 6'6" | SF Homestead | 2025 State WI of Homestead. Think I said this one before.
Tim Franks Tim Franks 6'5" | SG Homestead | 2024 State WI will battle, and then he’ll hit 3 threes on you. You all have to know this one already.
Jamarion Batemon Jamarion Batemon 6'3" | CG Milwaukee Academy of Science | 2025 State #174 Nation WI looks to have filled out a bit more, thicker through the chest, more athletic. This is going should be scary for his opponents.
Anthony Rise Anthony Rise 6'0" | CG Brookfield Central | 2025 State WI was moving, as in using speed to steal it or score it. You better account for him this year if you play BC.
I think I’m going to watch more Kettle Moraine games this year. They can play.
Don’t think Pewaukee is dead after a couple of losses in fall league. They still have talent, lots of talent. And one has to knock out the champs to win it (to use an old boxing statement).
