Power 5 14U Jr 3SSB Team Season Review

As well as playing Jr EYBL for the 14U team Yarbrough played 15U in July at the 3SSB Live Session 3 and 4. At the end of June Yarbrough put together some dominant performances like 14 points and 13 boards with 2 blocks against Arnold in a 43-19 win. Against Elevate to Greatness 16 points and 7 boards with 4 blocks. In April in a 79-78 win over ETG Midwest Yarbrough put together a 17 point, 12 rebound game. Playing against 15U competition Yarbrough looked big enough and strong enough and proved it against New Heights NYC with a 12 point, 15 rebound performance when he also had 2 blocks.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2893550' first='Michael' last='Grzesk'] is a six-foot 2030 guard from Wisconsin with a very quick perimeter shooting release. Grazesk can get his own shot with a quick first-step and has some pretty good dribble combos. Spotted up and on the move, Grzesk seems like a very good outside shooter. Cato has good size, strength, and lateral quickness giving him lots of versatility on the floor. Cato, another Power 5 Jr 3SSB player that played 15U in July, showed he could compete against D1 Minnesota 3SSB when he had 24 points making three 3-pointers. Cato consistently went to the rim off the dribble, bullying older, and taller players. Cato has the ability to create his own shots with a well put together handle and a streaky ability from beyond the arc.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2780604' first='Braylin' last='Calhoun'] is a six-foot-four-inch 2031 guard from Wisconsin that played all the way up to 16U for Power 5. Calhoun has super bounce at his age, finishing easily above the rim in the open floor and even taking opponents off the dribble finishing in half-court chances. Calhoun showcases a maturity at his age that will make him a super high-level prospect very soon. Some of his more impressive performances on the Jr 3SSB Circuit was a 15 point game against BLUEprint Hoops where he made one 3-pointer, 13 points against Elevate to Greatness with a 3-pointer and two assists, and 15 points against ETG Midwest with three 3-pointers.</p>    <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.instagram.com/p/Db5uhnFFSp6/ </div></figure>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2404462' first='Jahir' last='Craig'] is a five-foot-seven-inch 2030 Milwaukee, Wisconsin guard. Craig can operate as a facilitator and natural point guard while also being a pesky perimeter defender that uses quickness with his feet and hands to make plays.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2487743' first='Elgin' last='Cook Jr.'] is a six-foot-one-inch 2030 Wisconsin guard who is a solid athlete for his age, good size to compete in all situations and solid ball skills. Cook's strongest performance on the Jr 3SSB Circuit was a 12 point game against Phenom United Indiana in a game they won 64-33. Cook also grabbed 3 rebounds and handed out 3 assists.</p>
