Not the first time seeing him play but I can tell you I do not get to watch him enough. I think he plays a nice brand of ball and I enjoy watching him play each time. Found him to be strong attacking the hoop and finishing with his left hand. After talking with him after his game we found that we agreed a couple of more strengths which were his ability to find the open man. Then he uses speed to set a pace that few competitors match.

Look for him to have a very solid senior season. His team will be young and will need his leadership. He stated that is looking to continue to develop his ability to be a main facilitator.

His recruitment is going well in that he mentioned he is talking to local DIII schools. plus, a couple of schools in out of Iowa has place calls to him.

In my past viewings of Brogan he stood out with his ability to facilitate at 6’4. He excels at getting into the paint and locating his open shooters on the perimeter for good looks. Against Bradley Tech and Milwaukee Hamilton though he was a lot more aggressive looking to score on his own as well. Brogan showcased quick change of direction at his size and was able to get downhill and attack the basket with purpose. Once near the rim he has some explosive athleticism to go up and finish against size, and even look to throw down some dunks if he has a clear path. Will look to help Waterford compete for a Southern Lakes Conference title this winter.

Another name to know at Waterford is Brogan Finnegan Brogan Finnegan 6'4" | SG Waterford | 2024 State WI . He was a 9.4 ppg scorer as a junior, but really came alive towards the end of the year scoring in double-figures in Waterford’s last 6 games. He’s a long and lanky 6’3-6’4 player capable of playing either guard spot. Brogan has shown flashes of being able to take games over as a scorer, but is also extremely unselfish and has no problem playing alongside talented other talented players. Good drive and kick passer and is also athletic enough to finish above the rim with ease in transition.

It wasn’t a huge scoring night for Brogan, but I was impressed with his playmaking ability. At 6’4 he runs a lot of point for Waterford, as he’s an unselfish player who sees the floor well, and has the handle to beat his man off the dribble and get into dangerous spots on the floor to free up his teammates. Had some nice drive and kick passes leading to wide open threes, as well as a dime to his teammate cutting on the block. He has the ability to make different types of passes, as well as use either hand to accurately deliver his teammates the ball. Also knocked down a three and threw down a left handed dunk in transition.
