Dylan Clark Dylan Clark 6’8″ | PF Mooresville | 2025 State NC from No. 153 to No. 83 in the latest rankings update following a productive grassroots season with Team MVL. He’s a sizeable prospect in the class at 6-foot-8 who can operate at either forward spot and operate as quite the anchor in the painted area. He’ll be a name to keep an eye on with Mooresville High on the NCHSAA stage this season.
EJ Sutton EJ Sutton 6’8″ | PF Northeastern | 2025 State NC moves from No. 111 into the 95th spot in the latest rankings update following his productive grassroots season with Wave Basketball Club. He looks prime to turn the corner entering his junior season on the varsity stage with his size and frame at 6-foot-8. Look for him to be a presence in the Northeastern High frontcourt this upcoming season.
CJ Kornegay CJ Kornegay 6’5″ | SF New Hanover | 2025 State NC continues to move up the 2025 ranks as he moves from No. 117 to No. 106 in the latest update of the class rankings. He’s a versatile presence at 6-foot-5 who’s just tapping into his potential on the varsity stage as he joins the New Hanover High rotation entering his junior season. Look for his name to continue to climb up the PH radar.
Grant Overman Grant Overman 6’8″ | C Willow Spring | 2025 State NC is another 2025 big man prospect who looks ready to turn a corner in the frontcourt this season for Willow Spring High. He’s another 6-foot-8 forward prospect who’s shown he can operate in a variety of ways as he did this past summer with Strong Center on the grassroots scene. He moves from No. 171 into 109th in the latest update with the 2023-24 season around the corner.
Highlights
Brown is a big man prospect who continues to show his development after operating with Team Wall on the grassroots scene this past spring/summer. He moves into the 113th spot, up from 128th as he looks to carve out a role in the South Granville High starting rotation with his size and ability to anchor the painted area.
Ethan Reid Ethan Reid 6’3″ | CG Southeast Raleigh | 2025 State NC will be an intriguing piece for the Southeast Raleigh High rotation following a productive grassroots campaign with Garner Road Select. If he can remain focused and locked in on his role as a playmaker and shot maker in the varsity lineup this season, the Bulldogs will be a force to be reckoned with in the Greater River Neuse Conference.
