Freeman to continues to climb up the ranks as he moves from 65th into No. 55 in the 2025 rankings in the state. He’s an old-school style floor general who finds his points off the bounce while maintaining an impressive ability to pass the ball. He’ll look to be a top scorer once again at North Johnston High after producing 24.7 PPG on 51 percent shooting from the field as a sophomore.
Highlights
Tangiora is a big man in the 2025 class who continues to climb up the ranks as he moves from 102nd into the 63rd spot in the latest rankings update. He’s a two-way presence with a ton of room to grow in the Swansboro High frontcourt after suiting up for Liberty Christian Academy in 2022-23. He’s one of a few names to know with the Swansboro squad in 2023-24.
Parker Bye Parker Bye 6’3″ | SG Trinity Academy | 2025 State NC is a sharpshooter who continues to make his case as a top shooter in the 2025 class as he moves from No. 99 into No. 70 in the latest rankings update. He’s turned into quite the sharpshooter and playmaker as he’s developed over the past few months with UpNextHoops. He’s due to make quite the splash as a returner in the Trinity Academy Raleigh rotation as they look to compete for a state title in the NCISAA.
Highlights
Fox continues to climb up the PH radar in the 2025 rankings as he moves from No. 100 to the 74th spot in the latest rankings update. He’s due to have a strong junior season in the East Wake High lineup after posting 9.4 PPG, 2.7 APG, 1.9 RPG and 1.0 SPG as a sophomore. He’s a strong-framed 6-foot-2 guard who plays with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor.
Highlights
Godley was a standout presence at this year’s PH North Carolina Top250 Expo as he took home first-team honors in showing his development. He’s improved on his ability to get to the rim while also improving on his prowess on the perimeter as a shot-maker. He’s due to play a strong role for South Central High as he moves from No. 159 to N0. 80 as one of the biggest stock risers in the latest update. He averaged 4.8 PPG and 4.3 RPG as a sophomore on varsity.
