Ahart moves into the Top 35 prospects into the 32nd spot in the 2025 class after making his debut at No. 162. He’s an intriguing forward prospect who should contribute in a number of ways to Christ School’s success as he begins his junior season. A lot of DI programs are waiting to pull the trigger on him in the region.
Terrell moves into the Top 40 names in the 2025 class into the 38th spot in the latest rankings update as he looks to lead the backcourt for JL Chambers High in the Queen City Conference as they look to remain successful. He’ll have an opportunity to turn some heads while competing against some top names in the PrepHoops NC rankings this season in the NCHSAA.
Highlights
Wilkins is another underrated shooting guard prospect in the 2025 class climbing into the 37th spot in the latest rankings update out of 1 of 1 Academy. He’s a sharpshooter who’s shown he can use his strength and length at 6-foot-4 to defend on the opposite end. He’s a prospect due for some attention in the region by DI and DII programs heading into his junior campaign.
Melton has seen his stock grow on the gridiron as he plays football for Pinecrest High but he’s also just as effective on the hardwood. He’s a strong, athletic finisher who isn’t afraid to play physical and establish position in the paint to make things happen with his length and athleticism. He’s got a strong junior season on the horizon after a productive grassroots season with Garner Road Select.
Collins climbs into the Top 50 prospects and checks in at No. 45 in the latest update, up from 68 after battling on the EYBL circuit with Team CP3 this past spring/summer. He finished with 9.8 PPG, 4.4 RPG and 1.9 APG as one of their lead guards in the backcourt. As he shows he can limit his turnovers and make good decision at the floor general role for Word of God this season on the OTE stage, look for his stock to grow in the 2025 class on the recruiting trail.
Fannon continues to climb up the PH radar out of East Lincoln High as he moves from 82 to 46 in the latest rankings update. He’s a big man who’s proven he knows how to utilize his size in a variety of ways with his size and skill set. He’s a sizeable 6-foot-7 presence who returns for the Mustangs after posting 15.1 PPG, 4.2 RPG and 1.1 APG on 44 percent shooting from deep and 47 percent shooting from the floor as a sophomore with a lot more to prove entering his junior season in the Western Foothills Conference.
