The Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase has become an annual event that rivals any put on throughout the year in the Hoosier State. On Sunday afternoon and evening at Fishers High School nearly 200 of the states best Class of 2027 prospects came to display their skills in front of many of the most influential people in Indiana High School Basketball. This event is the premier way to get “on the radar” prior to your high school career. Over the next week or so it will become clear why we always say “nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops Indiana.” With that said, here are the player evaluations from Team 6 of the 2023 Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.

***With nearly 200 prospects at our event, our scouting staff (of three people) divided up the 20 teams to ensure that we could get evaluations of every player. However, as you can imagine, this is not the easiest task. Our staff watched each team they were assigned to for a minimum of one full game. There were some late player additions and walk-ups that threw a wrench into some rosters as well. So, if you notice that a name is wrong and/or a player is missing an evaluation please reach out to Brandon Ramsey at coachbrandonramsey@gmail.com or reach out via DM on Twitter @BRamseyKSR and he will resolve any issues. Thanks for your understanding and for participating in the 2023 Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase!***

[player_tooltip player_id='2140437' first='Seth' last='Bacon'] (Purdue Poly North):

Bacon was one of the longer guard I watched on Sunday. Really solid defense played right now and can steal the ball well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140342' first='Chace' last='Ford'] (Brebeuf Jesuit):

Ford was one of the better freshman when it came to driving the lanes. Gets to the basket well and had a couple steal and transition buckets.

[player_tooltip player_id='2135089' first='Erivon' last='Burks'] (Kokomo):

Burks is a quick guard and sees the floor really well. More of a true lead guard at the moment but has room to grow.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140423' first='Peyton' last='Auler'] (Tipton):

Aluer was one of the tough guards I watched all day. Played good defense, had strong drives and shot the three ball well. Excellent motor for his age already.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140421' first='Oluwasolayinka' last='Kehinde'] (Avon):

Kehinde was arguably the most bouncy freshman I watched all day. Just needs to be more aggressive overall but thought he was good rebounding his area.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140359' first='Elijah' last='King'] (N/A):

King is a lead guard with a strong build. Had a few strong drives and played well on the offensive end for the most part.

[player_tooltip player_id='2141011' first='Preston' last='Johnson'] (Zionsville):

Johnson was a freshman that set very good screens and rebounded well for the most part. Want to see him be a little more aggressive on the offense however.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140390' first='Jeremiah' last='Bellamy'] (North Central):

Bellamy is a bigger freshman that took advantage of mismatches. Had a nice rebound that led to a transition bucket. Real physical player overall.

Jaedyn Litzbauer (New Albany):

Litzbauer is quick and knows how to make moves off the dribble. Good potential as an on-ball guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140419' first='Max' last='Vise'] (Mt Vernon):

Vise is a lanky post player that can rebound well. Finished well around the rim for the most part also.
