We’ve seen Ford play a lot, and we’ve seen him play very well a lot, but he was on fire on Tuesday night for Brebeuf Jesuit against Lawrence North. The 6’2″ guard got hot from three-point range making a few tough ones off of the ballscreen in a row, using his strength to finish at the end of his drives at the rim, and jumped a passing lane for a pick-6 layup. Adding consistent three-point shooting ability to his athleticism and strength off of the dribble would really raise him a level as a prospect. His performance on Tuesday night was fun to watch.

of Brebeuf Jesuit. Ford is a 6’2 guard that plays with lightening quick speed on the ball. A highly productive guard in multiple areas of the floor, he is especially strong in the lane where he can use his quickness to get to the basket anytime he wants to. Has an offer from Allen University with more expected to be on the way.

Ford averaged 14.5 points per game while helping lead Progeny UA Grind 17u to a perfect 5-0 weekend at the Havoc in the Heartland. His best performance came in an impressive 77-72 win over Progeny UAA. In that contest the 6’2″ guard finished with 20 points and 4 assists while shooting 4-8 from three-point range. If he can shoot the ball like that his recruitment will have a chance to really take off going into the summer.

Man, this was just an elite performance in a very tough loss for the junior guard. He finished with a team-high 19 points and just put this team on his back in the 2nd quarter. Ford was great in the lane and made scoring play after scoring play.

Brebeuf Jesuit got off to a hot start and never looked back as they rolled to an 84-44 running clock victory over Evansville Reitz. Ford was a big part of that fast start for the Braves scoring 7 points right out of the gate on strong drives to the basket. His physicality off of the dribble was too much for the Reitz back court to handle. He played sparingly in the second half due to the lopsided score, but finished with 13 points and 4 assists.

Physical guard that affects the game on both ends with his high IQ and high motor. Defensive stopper that guards multiple positions at a high level using his length, strength and athleticism. Offensively he’s versatile being able to play both guard spots. He thrives in transition pushing the pace where he plays with his head up scanning the floor looking to score and facilitate. Good shooter off the catch. He stays on balance really well and has a smooth release with a nice follow through. Really patient in the pick and roll. He does a good job running his man into the screen and creating advantages for himself and others.
2024-2025 Stats: 6.7 points | 3 rebounds | 2 assists | 1.4 steals | 33% 3FG
