Here’s just a handful of top performances that I have watched live, been sent by the player, or seen on Twitter. There are MANY other players who have stood out that I missed as well. Here’s some more of Devin’s Standouts!
Levi is a top 15 senior in the entire state and will be taking his talents to Central Washington next year. Pepper stretches the floor really well, being able to hit the three very consistently. He gets to the rim nicely off the dribble too. In a tough 71-72 loss to Mark Morris late in December, Pepper dropped 36 points and grabbed a huge 18 rebounds on the night. He has a bright future at Central Washington.
The top guard and the 2nd overall player in the 2023 class within Washington state has done a lot in his career. He’s a stud on the court, being able to score at all 3 levels with ease and make a ton of highlight plays. In a big win over Yelm, the future UNLV player did something he has never done before in his high school career. He dropped 36 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists to get his first career triple double.
Boston is a top player within the 2025 class and is still getting better each week. He plays very good defense and contributes a lot on offense. He reads the ball off the glass extremely well, getting involved in a lot down low. Against Stevenson on 1/3/2023, Walker dropped 27 points and pulled down 13 rebounds. He could keep rising within the 2025 class rankings.
This Everett guard has grown his game a lot. He’s very versatile on the court, stretching things out nicely for the team. His game is only going to keep getting better and he is poised for a huge year as a senior next year. Against Marysville-Getchell, he dropped 24 points, 13 rebounds and dished out 5 assists on the night. Be on the lookout for him as the season continues.
Josiah spent part of the summer with BFL Prep but decided Kamiak was the right place for him to be playing. I think he made the right decision myself, he has dropped 30+ multiple games and is playing great defense. He scores the ball really well at all 3 levels and is guarded by the opposing teams best player nightly. Against Lake Stevens, he dropped 33 points on the night. I can say with confidence, I don’t think this will be his last 30 point game this season.
