Boston is a top player within the 2025 class and is still getting better each week. He plays very good defense and contributes a lot on offense. He reads the ball off the glass extremely well, getting involved in a lot down low. Against Stevenson on 1/3/2023, Walker dropped 27 points and pulled down 13 rebounds. He could keep rising within the 2025 class rankings.

Walker looks to have taken a huge step physically this season, bulking up and working to fill out his big frame. It’s resulted in more attacks to the hoop from outside and stronger finishing at the rim. He’s also taken a big step forward with his handles, and that combination of strength and ballhandling has allowed him to fight through close defending and hold off opposing players as he rises up for shots. It’s pretty impressive how much improvement he’s been able to show after just one summer. If he continues to smooth out those handles and sink jumpers with more and more consistency, Walker should be able to start fully tapping into his potential as an all-around wing prospect.

The big man from Lacenter is versatile and strong. He can score from all levels and will be a big part of an improved team that lost only one senior from a year ago.

Walker is my wildcard for Vancouver because of his size and athleticism. He’s only walking into his sophomore season but the 6’5 Walker is able to play a multitude of positions and is showing he can score from the wings and the post. He is a strong kid whose footwork is constantly improving with his moves out of the post, and his ability to hit the jumper off the dribble is getting better too. Walker has a chance to be one of the more impactful players on this squad as someone who can shift around depending on the lineup.
