How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?
-I think we performed a lot better then last year and I think I was able to get my teammates open and facilitate and hit shots more this season and it led to us almost going to state.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?
-Our biggest obstacle was definitely rebounding and running the floor and just moving without the ball, just simple things like that.
What do you think you improved most on the court?
-I mostly improved on shooting and handling the ball and overall IQ and defensive and offensive IQ and moving without the ball.
What are you looking to improve before the next level?
-I would like the improve my pull up game and mid-range game.
Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?
-Austin Nixon had a break out year and he is real good and he’ll be good next year.
How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?
-As a team I feel me and my team perform good through the whole season. We had many ups and down but pushing each other to achieve for the best of us, is what really made are team better.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?
-The biggest obstacle our team faces , was playing teams that were taller and bigger. Mariner Basketball team isn’t big out tallest player was 6’1. So playing team that had more height than us were more of a battle.
What do you think you improved most on the court?
-I think where I best improved on the court is being able to adapt with the ball. Being able to shoot in uncomfortable situations or getting the rock and getting to the rim not just knocking down shots.
What are you looking to improve before the next level?
-Something Im looking to improve on being more of a leader, not getting frustrated on miss shots or when teammates make a bad play.
Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?
-Teammates that stood out the me would be Macky James, Jailin Johnson Jailin Johnson 5’10” | PG Mariner | 2023 State WA . Feature stars and leaders for upcoming years I see Isaiah Cuellar Isaiah Cuellar 6’0″ | SG Glacier Peak | 2024 State WA and Stovianta.
How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?
-I think we did okay, our system was largely dependent on me and I did not deliver.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?
-For me, it was definitely my knee injury, I came back early and only played 9 games.
What do you think you improved most on the court?
-My mental toughness.
What are you looking to improve before the next level?
-Definitely my confidence.
Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?
-I think my teammates Reggie Lester Reggie Lester 6’2″ | SG Annie Wright | 2025 State WA and TJ Marshall really stepped up this year and took on a bigger role.
How do you think your team and yourself performed throughout this season?rn-I think our team had a good season. We had a tough loss in the district championship but we’re still able to bounce back and make regionals. I think overall I had a good season and made first team all league and first team all defense.
What was the biggest obstacle you and your team faced this season?rn-I think the biggest obstacle our team faced was probably experience because we only returned 3 players from the previous year.
What do you think you improved most on the court?rn-I think I improved most on defense and being able to guard the other teams best player. My biggest strength is shooting, but I also think I improved on getting to the basket to score as well as my leadership.
What are you looking to improve before the next level?rn-Before next season I want to get stronger and quicker and just keep working on all parts of my game.
Who are some teammates that you think stood out this season? Who are some teammates who could have breakout years next year in your eyes?rn- Parker Mills Parker Mills 6’6″ | PF West Valley (Yakima) | 2026 State WA definitely stood out as a freshman. Tommy Meluskey, Brady Komstadius and Meech Saddedin were huge for us as seniors as well. For next year, I think both our freshman Parker Mills Parker Mills 6’6″ | PF West Valley (Yakima) | 2026 State WA and Parker Hill will have big years next year.
