He plays at a smooth pace and never looks rushed, even against physical pressure. Powell has a knack for taking and making big shots when the moment calls for it. He creates quality looks with strong footwork and a patient approach in the mid-range and beyond the arc. He also does a good job using change of speed to get defenders off balance and open up his scoring chances.
