Mooney fit in where he could, and that had him as one of the X factors of the conference. He provided a spark for the team, and he was one of the more prominent players for Columbine. He’ll have to make a huge jump this summer in preparation for what will be expected of him next year, and there is a solid base to go off of. The 6’3 forward is an athletic big man who gets out in transition and finishes above the basket. He works the block and has had a few solid rebounding games, which opened it up for teammates as well.
