How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a 6’4” guard who leads with defense and makes unselfish plays on offense. I take pride in locking down on the defensive end and setting up my teammates for easy buckets. I stay poised under pressure, value team success over personal stats, and bring energy and effort every time I step on the court.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I let my work speak for me, and I show up every day ready to learn and get better. I stay locked in during games, stay humble off the court, and always put the team first. I’m driven, respectful, and coachable — I take pride in doing the little things right.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve learned how to lead by example through my work ethic, consistency, and how I support my teammates. I value communication, even as a quiet person, and I’ve grown in trusting my voice on and off the court. Grice has a high ceiling when it comes to this sport. He does a lot of special things with his skill set but where he stands out is the intangibles. For his age, Grice communicates really well with his teammates, he displays a high motor while rebounding, and he keeps things really simple. Once he beats his opponent, he doesn’t play around.
