McCoy has been on fire this summer for Chapman. He is an explosive guard who is able to score from any where on the court. He can either light you up from three or he can get past defenders and finish layups at a high rate. He is a very talented player who has been rising the rankings everyday. He put up good statlines with his high school team in Appleton and didn’t feel any pressure even with college coaches in attendance. His summer with Chapman has been very good as he is one of the top scorers for the team.

Competing for the state’s top-ranked WIAA Division 5 squad, Michael is a very quick lead guard who can defend on the perimeter, push the ball in transition and score from deep and off the bounce. He competes with plenty of energy throughout the game and usually ends up with an impressive stat line for the Crusaders. Helping Sheboygan Lutheran to a 12-2 record, Michael is averaging 15.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.2 steals for a high-powered offense.

McCoy and Oliver Leibham Oliver Leibham 5'11" | SG Sheboygan Lutheran | 2027 State WI provied a spart off the bench for Sheboygan Lutheran with each player scoring nine points. Michael competed with poise and very impressive basketball instincts in front of a packed gym. He had a couple of three-point baskets while also using a reverse pivot to shed a bigger defender and score in the lane. Michael is a very good ball handler and passer in addition to his shooting skill.
