Expert Analysis
Ryan Morgan | Prep Hoops Scout
Daymon is another transfer, this time from Rainier Beach. Like Jackson, he can hit from outside, provides a solid presence who can bring the ball down, and then play tight defense on the other end. He already showed last season what he can do in a high-pressure defense and will be a great addition pushing the ball in transition and keeping the pace up.

took off this summer after a solid season as a main contributor for Rainer Beach. He’ll make the move to Garfield this year and presumably take over a starting guard spot left behind by University of Washington’s Koren Johnson. Myles fits the mascot of the team he’ll compete for as a true bulldog of a guard. He’s smooth and strong with the basketball and has a consistently clean left-handed stroke on his jumper. He can navigate so well in half court settings and is capable of carrying his team offensively if needed.

No. 4 | This guy has really impressed me this summer with his leadership. I’ve never seen him flustered on the court, and if he has been, he hasn’t shown it. He acts like the on-floor coach at times, steadying his team and leading the way. He’ll be joining a very talented Garfield team and should fit in perfectly with his blend of speed and smarts.
