The athletic wing continued to show improvements with his outside shot, knocking down an early three in their game against Washington Supreme . Did well the rest of the way to remain aggressive on all fronts, but stay patient on offense and work for good shots. Had some great help side defense, was active on the glass, and looked to push in transition and advance the ball. He always brings good energy to the floor, and the improvements in his offensive approach and jumper will continue to benefit him as a two-way player.

Luok averaged 12 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks per game this past season, and continues to make plays that show he is just scratching the surface of his potential. He’s a long guard/wing who can get up and snatch shots out of the air and is a constant presence above the rim, rebounding and finishing. What is most impressive about his game is his motor. He’s been all over the place making plays this spring and is in for a big AAU season.

The AMV sophomore has turned it way up this season, dunking everything he can get his hands on and playing a pivotal role for the 16-0 Lions. He’s third on the team with 12.4 ppg, second in rebounds (7.6), and contributes assists (2.3), steals (2.2), and blocks (2.0) on a nightly basis as well. He’s a long, athletic guard/wing who finds a way to make plays and has flashed big upside. He had a 17-point 17-rebound game against Rogers, he’s had 2+ steals and 2+ blocks in nine games, and he’s shooting 35% from 3PT (on 34 attempts). He’s a kid who should continue to grow his game and offers a lot of versatility with his length and athleticism.

Luok will be a name a lot of people get to know next winter. He’s a long, athletic wing who shines defensively with his ability to create turnovers on and off the ball. He’s a big-time player at the rim on both ends, especially in transition, and could really see his stock rise as his outside shot finds more consistency.
