About Mo
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
A Big Guard that can guard 1-5. Defends at a high level, does all the dirty work. I can also rebound at a high level. I have a very good inside game. Can also knock down the 3 ball.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I play with high energy, cheer my teammates up when they’re down. And I push myself to go harder every rep. I go 110% every time on the floor and that will never stop.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have developed leadership and teamwork by looking at the upperclassman and seeing how they treat their teammates whenever they are feeling down. I also see how good they share the ball so that has stuck with me since day 1.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
No, but I started playing organized basketball late so I feel like I have a chip on my shoulder that tells me to go harder because I need to get up to par with my peers or even better.
What type of college are you looking for?
Any time of college that will get me a good degree! I am blessed to receive anything.

Add this prospect to the long list of young players coming into the Ben Davis High School program. Leye had some intriguing length and athleticism on the perimeter that he used to stand out in transition with a couple of tough finishes. He was effective off of the throw ahead as a right hand driver who could get downhill and then explode vertically to finish. Leye has some promising two-way upside on the perimeter.
